Very rarely does one find a game that scratches that one itch. That kind of game that never gets boring, that one can replay endlessly and it still doesn't feel old, where you barely realise how much time has passed. For me, it's this game. I dont have much to say, other than that it is incredibely well polished and optimized. The gameplay loop feels really rewarding and there are thousands of ways to build and scale your factory, it deserves its nickname Cracktorio for a reason. People with autistic tendencies or germans be advised, this game will suck up time like an industrial vacuum does dirt. if you liked the demo and the base game, i also highly recommend the Space Age DLC, which practically quadruples the average playtime per session and opens the floodgates for incredible factory optimzation. There are also plenty of easily accessible mods for more content. Someone once said to me this looks like one of those idle games. I couldn't disagree more: There is always stuff to do. The factory cannot sit still. The factory must grow.

Factorio to jedna z tych gier, przy których siadasz na chwilę, a po chwili orientujesz się, że minęło kilka godzin. Rozbudowa fabryki, automatyzacja produkcji i ciągłe optymalizowanie kolejnych linii potrafią niesamowicie wciągnąć. Najlepsze jest to, że rozwiązanie jednego problemu zazwyczaj tworzy trzy kolejne. Zaczynasz od prostych taśmociągów, a kończysz projektując ogromną fabrykę, w której próbujesz wycisnąć jeszcze kilka procent wydajności. Ogromna swoboda, masa zawartości i praktycznie nieskończone możliwości rozbudowy. Absolutny klasyk automatyzacji i zdecydowanie jedna z najlepszych gier w swoim gatunku. Polecam.

Steam Controller on Linux sometimes buggy sometimes not. Especially when switching between controller and keyboard (using both). Slow game loading on launch, because used single-core only on 32-cores CPU. Also on 4K TV BigScreen, steam artworks are low res.
