After Completing a Run - Wow, the game is really fun. More people should really try this one out. I am not very skilled when it comes to these Doom/Wolfenstein style games but I could feel myself getting better the more I played. This game can be really punishing at times and the skill gap had me fumbling when trying to surmount the more tedious button combinations for Teleport and the spark blast. I had to remap the spark from shift to also be one of my side buttons on my mouse or I would just completely fumble my movement when trying to hold shift and maintain dodging. The way teleport works is by pressing E as your bullet passes over land to designate a position to teleport to, then you hit Q to teleport. That wasn't so difficult to do but I would mess up the order a bunch of times. Of any specific issues with the game, I could only see that the map is kind of crap because it needs batteries to function first of all but you need to be at a save point to be able to scroll it. I was able to turn the battery function off in the options, which immediately raised the funfactor of the game instead of having an awkwardly limiting mechanic. Also, the game is in real dire need of a different weapon type because only using what is a pistol with a charge attack became a source of boredom. What saved it for me is just repeatedly using the charge attack as I could not stand to tap the left mouse button anymore passed like the halfway point of the game. Initial Impression - This game is really rewarding and you think it would get boring walking through past areas of vanquished enemies but it is such an experience walking around the space station and discovering secrets or places I didn't see before. The game is like if you made a gigantic Wolfenstein 3D Map and filled it full of vastly more variety in enemies and ways of getting around. It is really fun.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I haven't finished it just yet but man this game is just pure no-nonsense fun, highly highly recommend it!
Exophobia is an absolute masterpiece! Huge props to the devs. The game tells a gripping story about humans discovering a mysterious planet and encountering new species that are initially friendly, but things turn dark as human greed takes over. I highly recommend collecting all the CDs, as they’re the main source of lore and really flesh out the story. The visuals, music, puzzles, and boss fights are all top-tier. Plus, there are two extra modes unlocked after finishing the game. The dev has even announced free upcoming DLC exploring why the aliens turned against humanity. Overall, an incredible experience highly recommended!
I'm here because of the Civvie review. Great game.
A good quick metroidvania FPS. Beat it in a day and had a great time.
Probably my favorite Metroid-like yet, it's designed with razor-sharp precision and has very fun combat. Although the endgame was so tough I lowered the difficulty to Normal since Hell definitely fits the billing.
Guess i'm Exophobic now.

Good but map is bad
While it's not something I plan on finishing it's a good Metroid Primeia
