A man becomes a sphere that can turn into a skipping stone by virtue of not dying when the aliens blew up his buddies. He then uses his fearful ball-powers to go really fast and fly across various planets that'll make you go, "really? OK, fine, dammit." whenever you get their gimmick. Special shout-out to the one where you only get to use your glide mode when the RNG throws a mountain at you just right. Double special shout-out to that other one where your ball gets big that outstays its welcome by fifteen minutes (the developers knew this fact and proceeded to make this level the one that you can noclip around to skip). I've seen many remark on how "zen" the game is. Sure, yeah, it's a totally peaceful experience right up until you start to figure out just how fast you can go. At that moment, it becomes a race against the clock and against your own fingers. Highly recommend, especially on sale. Really is a solid #ballsmoment through and through.
