Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Conforme a aventura avança, o ritmo melhora bastante. E aqui começam as críticas. Pontos negativos 1. Acertou a cabeça, derrubou o inimigo, terminou. 3. --------------in English-------------- Extra Dimensional 3 important points before I start: 1 - As always, I only review a game after finishing it. 2 - My reviews come from the perspective of someone who is basically immune to VR motion sickness. 3 - No spoilers. These three points are important to understand my perspective. You play as Max Ventura, an employee of Megazon, a massive online retail company. During what seems like an ordinary workday, things suddenly go completely off the rails and you find yourself thrown into a hostile, dark world filled with creatures that would love to see you dead. The game starts slowly, with limited combat and gameplay, but it improves considerably as you progress. Between creative puzzles, sword combat, and a few interesting powers, Extra Dimensional delivers a decent VR adventure. Now for the criticism. No running. No jumping. We're in 2026. For a VR action game, it's hard to understand why the player can't run or jump. Throughout the game you're placed against huge enemies and challenging environments, yet you're stuck with a teleport system that feels extremely outdated. Combat is too simple. Maybe it works for newcomers to VR, but after spending dozens of hours in Blade & Sorcery, finishing both Asgard's Wrath games, and playing Grimlord, it's difficult not to find the combat lacking depth. The biggest challenge is the gameplay itself. Unfortunately, many times the difficulty doesn't come from enemies or puzzles, but from the movement system. Simple actions become frustrating because of the teleport-based locomotion. Classic VR interaction issues. You try to grab one item and end up grabbing another. Inventory and item management feel underdeveloped. There are items to collect, but not much thought seems to have gone into how players should store or manage them. Sound I enjoyed the music and most of the sound effects. However, the sword sound effect becomes repetitive very quickly and eventually starts to get annoying. Final Thoughts The developers had a genuinely great idea here. The world is interesting, there are some clever mechanics, and several moments stand out in a very positive way. My biggest criticism remains the gameplay. I genuinely hope this gets a sequel, because there is a lot of potential here. Hopefully next time we'll get what should be basic features for an action game: running and jumping. Despite all my complaints, I finished the game. Many times I felt like I was fighting the controls more than the enemies, but I made it to the end. And yes, I recommend it. There are plenty of good ideas here, some surprising interactions, and enough interesting content to make it worth experiencing for yourself. Finished in 7.5 hours. Recommended.
It was... ok overall, but it's defenetly it's not polished enough at that point. I can say that I even liked it (so review is positive), and i know that it was small indie studio who made it, so it expected to have some rough parts. But some things clearly needs to be fixed for it will be complete game: 1. Unpolished levels. Several times during playthrogh i clipped through walls/floor and had to restart segment. In many cases you can reach point of the level where you can just stare in out of bounds space, here is holes everywhere. In some parts you can softlock yourself if you like to explore levels as I do, for example in the "hub" of the crypt levels there is piles of skulls in a small room, and in one corner there is a hole where you can fall through the pile, find yourself beneath the texture of a "pile" and can't get out. 2. Bugs. There is many. Your belt is often situated wrong and you can't interact with it properly. When you try to pick up a thing from the ground you often get a battery from your belt instead, and this is frustrating. There is a weird bug where your slots for batteries are full but belt shows that there is one empty slot. Often you can't pick up a battery from the ground for some reason, button "take" just don't work. It's what I can remember off the top of my head, there is many more. 3. Weapons. Game gives you many "legendary" weapons during the game, but there is no stats for them and I still don't know the difference between them. So there is difficult to know must i throw away my current legendary weapon for a new one or not. On enemies all swords feels the same, but I can't know for sure because there is no stats. 4. Strange difficulty spike with spider boss. Why? It's beatable, but it's a grind. Nothing was so difficult before it and nothing is after it. It needs balancing definitely. 5. Optimistaion. In some parts, especially when elecrtic balls are visible frames drops significantly. I'm sure there is a room for optimisation. 6. Story. I like the premise, feel of the story, intentional goofines but
I was very disappointed when in the end story was not finished. In terms of story player's wondeing in the fire/ice/crypt catacombs meant practically nothing: you don't retrive any earth artifacts, you don't get an answer why mundane things from our dimension is so powerful in this dimension, you don't reunite with your daughter, you don't even kill final baddie. Parts that move plot froward only in the very beginning and in the end, eveything else is just you dungeon crawling. Lyx as a character could be nice companion during the game, but as she appears in the game she almost instanly disappears until the very end. It was also disappointing. I know that making character interaction is difficult, but she could appear from time to time in the dungeons from another side of metal bars and giving you directions, feeding player lore, doing something like push levers when you can't reach them etc. It would make game much more alive.
So right now game feels unfinished but with potential. Fix bugs, polish levels, add more Lyx, give player feeling that he achieve something at the end. And then it will be a really good game.
The game would have been a VERY solid thumbs up until 3 seconds before the "Ending". WTF guys! This is just not acceptable. (In case you're wondering:
there is no ending, game just stops.
) Should there ever be an EXD 2 I will revise this review.
great game so far
I debated throughout my entire playthrough on whether this game would end in a positive or negative recommendation and to be honest, it was really close. The game starts off phenomenally. The warehouse sequence is incredibly well done, and I’d rank it among the better introductions to a VR game I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, after the warehouse, things start to fall off, and the deeper you get, the more the game begins to feel like a drag. Graphically, the game is impressive, but the performance leaves a lot to be desired. I experienced frequent jitters and hiccups on both my Quest 3 and Valve Index, even after lowering the settings. The combat isn’t particularly good, and I ran into a number of glitches and bugs along the way. The puzzles are just barely passable as well, often being so easy that they require little to no thought or effort. Ultimately, I think $30 is too much to ask for this experience. At $15, I think the roughly five-hour campaign would feel much more reasonable. There’s a genuinely great VR experience buried in here, but unfortunately, it doesn’t maintain the quality of its opening.
Combat is good, sound is good, atmosphere is also good. But the performance not so much. Despite i am running RX9070XT, On High setting VD and all High setting in game, FPS still frequently drop to 50ish fps. I cant get stable 70 fps
i dont get it mine looked really bad? is it my pc
This is disappointing. I really liked the trailer. I bought it and waited a while so the first few patches would be out of the way by the time I played it. I apparently haven't waited long enough. I was immediately greeted by a blurry menu with bloom turned up high, and vignette turned to maximum. After turning the vignette off, the post processing down, and changing to DLSS Quality, and turning the sharpness up, it was starting to look better. However, it still feels off putting. Like it is just a little delayed. It feels like all the bad aspects of Boneworks. I started to play the game and realized that for some reason snap turn only works going left but not right. That's a new one. Going through the first few doors and opening my locker I got my hand stuck inside the structure of the door. Luckily I was able to free myself. By the time I had gotten my helmet, only 14 minutes, into the game I decided this was probably going to make me ill due to performance issues and physical disconnect. I stopped playing. I'll try to pick it up again if there are patched that fix this. I love these types of games (Alyx, Vertigo 2, Arken Age), but this one just doesn't have the level of polish necessary to be playable yet. I really hope it gets fixed.
