very good game. disco elysium x d&d. Did a solid playthrough in 10-11 hours, well worth the money.

I honestly would make a pact with a fiend just so I could be able to play this game all over again for the first time. Yes, Esoteric Ebb is much less political than Disco Elysium but that doesn't necessarily mean that the game is bad or less than. For me, this factor is actually a good thing! Esoteric Ebb is such a joyful and sweet adventure full of comedy and heartfelt conversations with the NPCs (Snell my beloved) that boiling it down to just it's political level against another game is silly. I trully recommend you to at least try it, specially if you like D&D, it quickly became one of my favorite games. And yes I took some aspects of this game into my own D&D setting.
