About
In this dying age, only pockets of humanity remain. There was no apocalyptic event to speak of; only the cruel march of time and the inexplicable infertility of the world. Accursed creatures stalk the barren lands between settlements, which are themselves terrible places; squalid, medieval and mostly ruled by tyrants.
Our story begins in the town of Draenog, where the theatre performance you are putting on is interrupted by fighting at the gates. Demons have arrived. Your wooden sword will have to do for now, gather the troupe and defend yourselves!
Entropy is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game with an expansive world map, explorable towns filled with colorful characters, and a tactical turn-based battle system.
Embark on a quest across the lands to stop the demonic incursion.
Control your party of up to 6 characters.
Hire Mercenaries to replace your fallen party members.
Tactical Turn-Based Combat.
Explore a world full of unique characters, creatures, challenges, and treasure.
Level up your characters, increase your stats, and unlock new perks.
A beautiful retro 3D aesthetic.

Really fun JRPG inspired game if you're not deterred by the challenge. Interesting and unique world building with elements of tactical RPGs and ATLUS JRPGs. If you're having a hard time like I was at first, there's no shame in restarting on easy mode. Hopefully they allow you to change difficulty levels without starting over and add custom difficulty options in a future update.
Its very good. Really like the artstyle and the mechanics but the selling point is definitely the story and worldbuilding.

Very charming game, especially so if you already liked the vibe of Dread Delusion. An interesting showcase of the potential game when it is fully out. Played on hard difficulty, took 10 hours of indulgent comfy playtime to finish the Early Access version consisting of 1 act, was mildly challenging.
Great so far, loving the art style, difficult but fair turn based combat, strange world and writing is quite good. Games like this are rare these days. This one seems to be a gem.
*Editing as I have now reached the end of early access* Good so far, I enjoy the targeting system they have, allowing you to maim enemies and for you to be maimed. It makes fights more tactical from the get go, so the early levels aren't so boring. The world is intriguing so far, with the writing really doing a great job of making the world feel grimy, in a lived in sort of way. I can't wait to see more and more of the weird world they have been cooking up. The only issue I have is that the camera is a little wonky when it suddenly shifts to being on a rail. I see what the intention is, and I like it, but it mostly just makes getting around a bother as it messes with the movement inputs. Especially since you can go from freelook to having a forced camera angle without any warning. Its just a bit jarring, but ultimately, not the biggest issue to me. I am only really giving it so much time as it is hard to describe. Overall, I have enjoyed what they have made and want more.
I feel the same way about Entropy as I do about Dread Delusion, which is that the gameplay is straight forward to an almost detrimental degree, but also at the same time its kind of welcome in that it maintains a classic video game sort of vibe, plus it adds enough variety to turn based combat that keeps it from being tedious. The heart of this game (as was the case with Dread Delusion) however is the story, world building, and artistic design of the game, which rock. One thing that I hope changes as the game continues development is interactions with party members when resting. Like it would be exciting to interact with party members more and learn more about them if there was a bit more depth to them (especially the characters that you are guaranteed to encounter). Otherwise, if there isn't a new interaction to be had with a party member, it sort of feels pointless.
God, this game is amazing. I know patience is a virtue, but I am salivating at the idea of being able to play more of it.
Just finished the Early Access [v0.5] and this is excellent. Fun battles, intruiging vibes and lore. I'm all in!
Nice
Muito divertido para quem gosta do gênero. Claramente está em acesso antecipado, precisando de mais conteúdos e com alguns bugs visuais, mas nenhum que estrague a esperiencia. Boa dificuldade, boss final meio apelão mas possível.
