About
In this dying age, only pockets of humanity remain. There was no apocalyptic event to speak of; only the cruel march of time and the inexplicable infertility of the world. Accursed creatures stalk the barren lands between settlements, which are themselves terrible places; squalid, medieval and mostly ruled by tyrants.
Our story begins in the town of Draenog, where the theatre performance you are putting on is interrupted by fighting at the gates. Demons have arrived. Your wooden sword will have to do for now, gather the troupe and defend yourselves!
Entropy is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game with an expansive world map, explorable towns filled with colorful characters, and a tactical turn-based battle system.
Embark on a quest across the lands to stop the demonic incursion.
Control your party of up to 6 characters.
Hire Mercenaries to replace your fallen party members.
Tactical Turn-Based Combat.
Explore a world full of unique characters, creatures, challenges, and treasure.
Level up your characters, increase your stats, and unlock new perks.
A beautiful retro 3D aesthetic.

Honestly pretty happy with it, after seeing the style and combat brought it on the spot and wasn't disappointed. Definitly over thought the first side quest considering the ramifications decisions have in DreadDelusion. Looking forward to see where this goes!
pretty fun final fantasy tactics / fire emblem swag in an evil mycopunk world. i like how the characters and enemies are designed. the soundtrack rocks. the dithered + crt look is nice and dreamy too, and definitely it suits the game. even though it has a lot of clear inspirations it still feels pretty original. definitely recommend at the price, especially once more chapters come out.

Fully completed the available content of the Early Access thus far, on Hard mode, and I had a great time. The vibes of this game.. even though it plays nothing like them, my mind went to Kenshi (for the blighted and strange living post-apocalypse world), and Outward (for the lonely and mysterious exploration, and life continuing if you die), and Morrowind (for the old-school aesthetic, and the mushroom-laden alien landscape with strange peoples living in it). This setting holds a lot of promise, the game is fun to play, and the art style, especially the hand-drawn character art, is marvelous. Definitely a recommend.
Gud. Wood play again
Just finished playing up to what was available at EA launch. The game is fantastic fun so far! I can really feel a touch of the SaGa series in Entropy. Great vibes and world building. Fantastic combat system with intresting builds/abilities/limb targeting. Fun party buiilding with random and story party members that can experiance perma-death. Eager to see what comes in the future as the game moves towards full release.
Utterly gobsmacked [complimentary] by Entropy's creativity, design, and mechanics. The narrative and lore are imaginative and compelling. The fights are tense and challenging, with lots of viable strategies. Its easy to learn, difficult to master, and feels like it marries old-but-still-good ideas and new innovations and mechanical ideas perfectly. This is a game that is exploring possibility spaces that were abandoned, and it stands out among today's games. It is also worth getting for the music and art direction alone, the rest of it didn't have to be brilliant but it is, so this isn't a hard choice. I look forward to gobbling every new content drop up while its in early access.
