Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 40.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 47.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The optimization is completely unacceptable for a game with such a simplistic art style. Waiting 20 minutes for shaders to compile, only to step outside and watch the FPS counter collapse, genuinely felt like a slap in the face. From what I understand, this game has been in Early Access for years, yet there doesn't seem to have been any effort put into improving performance.
I am on Linux, so this won't apply to most people. Horrible performance (<30 fps when nothing is going on) even on the lowest settings, and guaranteed crash when opening the construction menu. No amount of troubleshooting was able to resolve the issues, and I wasn't going to go over 2 hours and chance not getting a refund. Half of my "play"time is waiting for shaders to compile in the main menu to make sure my performance issues weren't made worse. This atrocious shader compilation time applies to everyone and is inexcusable. With pre-caching enabled it isn't as bad, but still can take 10 minutes. Without, over 30. Every. single. time. the game launches. I do not recommend this game.

Has great potential if they take out the ways the game can grief you. the red shroud mechanic kills you almost instantly and its difficult to tell when its cosmetic (clipping through a wall) and when its going to kill you. There are a few seconds before you die but the mechanic is unforgiving. It would be easy to just avoid it but the clown devs have placed tiny pockets of it in random places which you dont see until you are dead. Other things which can insta kill you include holes in the ground that make you fall into pits of red mist or into unescapable chasms, falling off cliffs, blink or dodge wrong with the clunky character control and you will at some point launch off a cliff. (the ENTIRE game is a series of cliffs, chasms and peaks to make the small map seem much larger than it is) Lava, lets not forget the lava thats used as a trap or just placed where its easy to fall into it, another instant death mechanic I love is slipping off a slope you should be able to walk up and down into lava. All of this combined with the punishment of having to go retrieve your body when you die makes it horrible when you lose an hour or two's worth of loot and harvestables and cannot retrieve it. Otherwise the game has great potential but its made me alt+f4 too many times so far. A simple spawn near your body mechanic would make this actually fun. This game has a long way to go despite how far it has come. The time its taken to retrieve my body 5 times, my time, is worth more than the price tag of this game. Mining XP should be increased at least 25% to make it worthwhile Enemy XP should be increased by 10% or so as the levelling is VERY slow. The hunger, thirst and rest mechanics are so important you will base your whole gameplay around feeling warm at a fire or not being wet. being dry or rested is often the difference between an easy fight and a nigh-unwinnable one, as does food. If you do not eat the same or better food and drink than what you did when you died to some OP enemy, you will have LESS of a chance of getting your body and not being teabagged again. All in all, the time it takes to prepare for the short adventure into the wild, is NOT worth the adventure since you can only reasonably adventure a few hundred meters from a revive point unless you want the aforementioned struggle loop being worse for you. I do not want to have to mine coal and iron for literally 2 hours straight to have little to no impact on my survivability or gameplay since I obtained so little. Hope to see some changes to make this a little less of a chore and a bit more of an adventure.
be warned : this game is ADDICTING as hell

Optimize your game !!!
Extremely addictive survival game with enough casual elements to keep things fun without making it feel too stressful. The world is visually beautiful, and even in its current state, Enshrouded already offers a lot to enjoy. The co-op experience has easily been a 10/10 for me. You can have your own solo world, build and progress at your own pace, then take that same character into a completely different server and enjoy the game with friends without affecting your personal save. I also really like how quests work in multiplayer. If your friends complete a quest while you're offline, you can still go back later since quest items and bosses respawn. You can complete it yourself, get the XP, and remove it from your quest log. There are also plenty of optional side quests scattered throughout Embervale through NPCs and lore books. They give you more reasons to explore the cursed lands and discover places you might otherwise miss. Since many of these quests can be completed again, it also works really well for shared servers where someone might join late or miss something. Overall, Enshrouded mixes survival, exploration, building, quests, and co-op really well. It's one of those games where you can easily lose a few hours without even noticing. They chased the Elixir... and released the Shroud. Highly recommended
Lots of people like this game. Im not one of them. It features animation locks in combat like it was 1989 again and terrain that is made from oiled up rubber. Which is a shame because the building system is nice and very versatile. But the combat in hard+ difficulties will make you want to swallow lead.
