Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 40.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 47.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really wanted to like Enshrouded, but at this point I just can't recommend it. For context, I play entirely with a controller, and honestly the controller experience makes a lot of these problems even worse. The game crashes way too often for me. I'm running an RTX 4060 8GB with 16GB RAM and even after lowering the settings to Medium, I'm still getting crashes regularly. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in the middle of exploring or a dungeon. The auto-aim/lock-on system with a controller is probably my biggest issue with the combat. Try fighting a group of skeletons or a swarm of bugs and you'll understand immediately. The lock-on constantly picks or switches to enemies I don't want, and when you're surrounded, it feels like you're fighting the targeting system more than the actual enemies. I've also had some really weird enemy behavior. There's some crocodile-like enemy in the swamp area that, after getting hit for the first time, randomly teleports around. I honestly don't know if this is intended or a bug, but it looks ridiculous. A lot of basic interactions also feel unnecessarily slow on controller. Opening doors is slow, picking your stuff back up after dying is slow, meanwhile enemies can sometimes hit or clip through doors and other geometry. And then there are the Hollow Halls. I don't mind difficult content — I actually like playing on high difficulty — but throwing a ridiculous number of enemies at you over and over again isn't interesting difficulty. Fighting another huge wave of skeletons just to open another seal gets old very quickly. Combine that with the controller lock-on constantly targeting the wrong enemy and it becomes tedious rather than challenging. That's probably my biggest problem with the game overall: individually, some of these issues might be tolerable, but they compound. Awkward controller targeting + large enemy swarms + slow interactions + enemies clipping through things + crashes makes the experience way more frustrating than it needs to be. There's a lot I genuinely like about Enshrouded. The world, exploration and building are great, which is exactly why these issues are so frustrating. The game has a really good foundation, but the controller experience, combat and technical issues are taking too much of the fun out of it for me. Not recommended in its current state.

Meh Bought to play with a friend and wish I had refunded it. While I definitely am not someone who enjoys these type of games to begin with, Enshrouded also didn't seem particularly outstanding for lovers of the genre. It looks alright. Not spectacular, but like a lovingly made indie game. The gameplay itself is ... fine but not polished or particularly fun. The animations look uninspired, the combat is uninspired, the rest of the gameplay is uninspired. It's serviceable and if you really, really need another base building + crop farming game, this might bring some relief. But if you're not a sucker for doing the same ♥♥♥♥ you already did in all those other games - at a quality that simply isn't doing anything that other games aren't doing better - there are just better games to play. Nothing I did in my ~7 hours of playing struck me as particularly interesting or well made. It does what it does and I guess for some people that's all that's needed to have fun. But I can find dozens of games that do these things better or in a more interesting way and given how much these games waste on mundane tasks, I believe you can only play so many of them with the time you have available in your life. So I'd say go for a better one, can't be that hard to top this bland gameplay.
First 10/10 game we've ever played. A Game Within a Game Within a Game. Enshrouded doesn't just look beautiful -- it pulls us in so deep we forget the real world exists. The atmosphere, the attention to detail that goes into every element of the game, the way it balances risk vs reward and keeps you game play looping for that next "hurrah" moment... we've never experience IMMERSION like this. It actually has made such an impression on us we decided to start a YouTube Channel around Enshrouded gameplay and building. If you're looking for a game that stays with you and makes a lasting impression, this is it. Is it perfect? Of course not, nothing is. However, the developers have a strong track record over the past 2 years of actually listening to their community and supporters and implementing community feedback to constantly polish what is already a phenomenal game. Want to build-craft your character with a skill-tree, gear, and cosmetics? Check Want to explore a massive, nearly never-ending, world with dedicated biomes, soundtracks, enemies, etc? Check Want to mine, chop, rake, cook, fish, farm, collect, craft then hoard it all at your base? Check Want to build a city within a city, with water elements, animals, NPCs, decorations, etc? Check Want to go questing and 100% the many different tasks and challenges? Check Want to boss fight or mob? Check I'm sure we are missing something here because the game is overall so massive while still maintaining a cohesive experience that you (the player) get to control the pace of. If you're not playing Enshrouded and you like any of the above, you're missing the boat. Best part is? This is STILL soft-launch. Our full thoughts and why this game has hit us so hard is in the video attached to our profile. Thank you for this gem of a game Keen Games!!
I hope whoever invented having stamina outside of combat in videogames gets coated in honey and restrained next to a bull ant nest.
The wet debuff is absolute garbage in it's current form. Fighting multiple enemies at a high level with the wet debuff without traits to mitigate it or armor to mitigate it is guaranteed death. I don't want to invest in specific traits or amore to mitigate one overtuned debuff. That takes away any creativity or choice in your build just to be able tohave stamina when it's raining. It takes the fun away from building your character how you want.
I purchased this game as part of a bundle with Palworld and played a lot of Palworld prior so I can't refund this game even if i wanted to due to buying it as part of a bundle. I have a more budget ended gaming setup and have played other games on this rig like Palworld, Valheim, Kingdom Come deliverance, World War Z just fine with no graphical issues or lag. While running this game it was on Performance mode video settings. Personally, I would strongly avoid this game due to optimization issues (at the time of posting this) the game is not optimized for Geforce Graphics cards so expect long wait for (shaders compiling) (mine ran on 9 threads) while sitting on a menu screen doing nothing else just waiting while placing a heavy load on your systems GPU and CPU. For me, after initial install it took 1 hour 30+ min to load those shaders to 100%. From a new player experience, this is unacceptable amount of time to have to wait to play a game especially based on Steams 2 hour Refund policy (had I bought this game alone; i would have refunded it within the first 5 minutes because of that). Yes I'm aware this is an early access build of the game but still its too much and is the main reason for this negative review. Prior to buying this game as a somewhat tech savvy person, i checked the minimal requirements (which is a gtx 1060) and watched a video of benchmark game play with the same gtx 3050 TI as me and it was fine. Note* per benchmark websites a gtx 3050ti > gtx 1060. As well on the launcher, prior to playing the game it does warn me that my system is below the specs which i ignored because "i can't refund the game anyways may as well try it". Note** Regarding the shaders compiling there are googled suggestions to disable the preload in the steam settings.. which i did. Skip the shader load entirely which when tried will crash the game when trying to load a world.. increasing the Nvidia cache size settings doesn't help much here either as your system hasn't loaded the game before. None of these changes had any differences in the speed at which the game processed the shaders.. Upon completion (1.5hrs wait time) of the shaders compiling. I managed to play around 4 hours. built a small base (1 house with a chimey for the blacksmith) per following the questline, recruited the blacksmith and cleared the 1st elixir boss, crafted the glider. Graphically there were no issues, lag etc.. while playing and was the same as expected per the Benchmark video. FPS felt like 60+ which is fine for a RPG game like this. During this 4 hour time period; i logged out once to test if the shaders would compile again.. they did not.. However the next day, when trying to log in again; well shaders started compiling again so, gg im out.. and (No i didn't update my graphics card and there were no in game build changes). sorry but i ain't sitting there again for that shaders compiling again.. nty. Gameplay: Building is voxel based similiar to Minecraft with a healthy amount of material options for customization, Decorations for lore and world/ story telling. In game its possible to visit player submitted maps from other player submitted designs .. some locations i noticed was from TLotR The Shire, Bilbo Baggins hobbit hole, and Rivendell. This sort of stuff the devs did well and the reason; i was interested in this game. But one thing that annoyed me about building; was having to craft the item manually (like a chair) from a workbench versus a menu where you just place it down providing you have the materials. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to recycle crafted building items so i foresee item management as a nightmare in the long term as there are tons of decorative items which do not stack. Gathering: There are materials everywhere; buildings can be demolished, mountains can be carved out with explosives and the lands topography can be directly altered by mining. This is a good thing as if you want to sand box you can. Combat: i was expecting something like Valheim or Darksouls but its more RPG like with auto aim for the ranged weapons like the bow and wands. There is shield parrying and blocking, dodge rolling mechanics but its much easier compared to those game. The bosses do special telegraphed AOE moves besides that its not very interesting. Exploration: The shroud is what blocks the majority of exploration and I died multiple times due to the heavy shroud which i didn't even notice the first few times as it happens so quickly the warning isn't even noticable as it occurs so quickly. The environment looks good with a variety of desolated areas affected by the shroud and abandoned buildings in contrast to the forests and open fields. Overall this game as i experienced it is right to be in Early access and should not leave that stage unless the pre loading shaders compiling is addressed. The graphical aspects of the game look fine but nothing special compared to other games in this genre.. Devs need to work with Nvidia and Radeon to get better optimization. Until Devs do this sorry this is a hard pass..

Add a sprint toggle please, it's mind boggling that such a basic feature hasn't been added yet.
This one is such a shame - the game is gorgeous, deep and has lore for days, but the difficulty spiked so hard at like the 80% mark that we just bailed. The dragon youngling (which is a required boss in the main questline) is unbeatable unless you bring serious Dark Souls skills to the table. We looked online, and hilarously the unanimous advice is to log into a public server and fetch a youngling head to satisfy the quest condition and move past it. This is ridiculous on its face for two reasons; first, that you broke your game so hard that there are entire servers spun up by amazing volunteers to "patch up" the failing of your game, and second, that even this extremely clever workaround... didn't work. Even with a youngling head in my pocket, the main questline stubbornly insists that we need to go fight a dragon that kills us. In one hit. On "easy" difficulty. Look at the review: 114 hours. We know something about how to play Enshrouded. This is a failing on the dev's side, and since there is an entire community response that has sprung up to help deal with it means they don't intend to fix their game. Based on that, sadly I cannot recommend it.
