I've owned this game since 2021 and I finally played this tonight and... it's almost where it needs to be but overall it was just kind of a meh experience. Feels unfinished and clunky but this is the full version and the developers stated it's "finished." The game looks half decent, animations aren't bad, sound is passable, and I didn't run into any major issues or glitches. The worst parts for me? The very poor inventory UI and the fact that there is far too much worthless trash loot that you have to sort through and when it's in your stash it's a nightmare - click on one thing and the sorting just shuts itself off. The combat - there's just no real weight to it and the combat is repetitive and it's too easy to cheese enemies. Since 95% of what you're doing other than looting is fighting, well... that's a problem. I ran into ONE enemy in the first few "maps" that I played that actually gave me some trouble at first. Once I backed off and used the bow from beyond its range it just couldn't touch me with its spells and it wouldn't leave its designated area to engage me at a range where it could actually do something. Oh, and some of the levels you'll end up in are hard to traverse and you'll randomly get stuck on things that aren't even ankle height while you're walking around or you might find the camera bouncing all over the place to the point where you nearly die because you can't see were to go or what's going on while being attacked by several enemies. Yeah, it's really not good when you're fighting the camera. Hopefully DoE 2 ends up being better than this game but from what I've seen of that game so far it looks like more of the same. Wouldn't say avoid this one but I really can't recommend it either. Too bad they declared it finished before it was as good as it could be.

This is a bit of a jank mess, but for $5 might be worth it. Not sure about the developers they seem to be working on the next game despite bugs and issues with this one remaining. Kinda fun though.
Wish I had asked for a refund.
yes no bug no lag jump key 1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 to help you in fight ennemy lot of loot sell your loot buy tree of power with man you buy to your camp go to the story or run a mission in a dunjeon to win different thing
I sick to death of these "games companies" moving on to the <insert game name here> 2 and they haven't even finished number 1. Gives me absolutely ZERO incentive to spend money on the second version when they didn't even complete the first - why the hell would I purchased a number two which you probably won't even finish? Total cash grab garbage.
Das erste spiel ist nicht mal fertig, es gibt zu wenig kontent, Items die useless sind und nur zum verkaufen. Aber den 2ten Teil rausbringen und den ersten einfach links liegenlassen...
game is so buggy that you can be stunlocked and die from bosses and enemies wtf dev, and the dev is making a 2nd game that has Co-op Do not buy the game
People should stop crying that its not finished still a great game hevnt played in a long time but was dope and for such a small price like i mean relax fs and people saying there not gonna buy the second one ha i bet you will if you liked the first one
either you spam your enemies to death or you get oneshot by a hail of arrows out of nowhere
Le jeu n'est pas finit, il y a des bugs vous faisant perdre la partie, mais un deuxième opus est annoncé. On marche sur la tête.
