Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dungeons of Aether is a neat RPG that I enjoyed quite a lot. Seeing this game after playing Rivals and Dreams of aether and how good those two games were, I gave this game a shot, and has got to be my favorite in the series. The game itself is a fun but relatively short RPG game, with some unique gameplay i've not seen in the genre before, where you use randomly rolled dice, and use them to decide what stats are higher and lower to do moves. Each playable character has a unique personality, AND a unique ability changing the gameplay up and making you shape your battles around them, making the gameplay feel less repetitive. Each of these characters also just have cool designs (Slade my beloved). The story is interesting too, tying in with the gameplay nicely and making for a fun to follow journey where all the characters eventually link in with eachother, and give the whole world of Aether some more lore too. Once the story is finished, the achievements made me go back and play some more providing some great replayability and challenge, along with another mode which makes the game very, VERY hard. Worth the money, would reccomend playing!

Pretty fun little game, It gets hard but once you realize the poison gem and the mirror are busted you just win all the fights.
This game is really amusing. Beautiful characters, lore and is also entertaining as well.
Nice little "yahtzee" game
Dungeons of Aether is surprisingly more engaging than I had anticipated. Combat is not complicated but the nature of turn based selection gives way to a rather interesting and deeper strategy than expected. Do you claim the defense stones or prioritize speed knowing the ones you don't pick can end in enemy hands. There is as a result a large amount of time spent simply defending as attacking without sufficient defense can result in injury. Character design is what stood out the most. Each protagonist has their own special abilities and limitations. Regeneration, thievery, defense, and initiative are some of the differing aspects of each character. It makes the play style different for each new segment keeping the combat engaging for a bit longer. The equipment selection also provides a means to personalize each character. Using the bank you can outfit the same equipment on each character or try different builds. Though the pan and apron are universally useful as recovery devices. The story is largely predictable with characterization pointing to obvious outcomes. A hyper-eager hero, 3 other protagonists with their own agendas who are all guided by a mysterious old man who suggests they collect things. The rest is a near foregone conclusion. The execution however is still quite decent despite its predictable nature. That said, there is no new game mode. The game is as is, you can change the difficulty rating but the story had no hidden side quests or additional content so it can be finished in a dedicated day. It's a fun little romp into a quick adventure with unfortunately limited replay unless you seek achievements. Otherwise once you finish the story you really have no reason to return. The post credit cut scenes are nice touch. That said it took about 10 hours to complete at leisure. I may return for achievements when enough time passes but I have no immediate reason to play another session.
Certainly a bit of an oddity in the modern fighting game landscape. An RPG spinoff based on a fighting game's world (without featuring any playable characters from that fighting game) would be an odd spinoff if this was the 1990s. In these modern times, it's basically unheard of. At least, it is for anything that wasn't initially built as a mobile game. While we could certainly dwell on the game's existence in its own right, none of that really matters if the game isn't fun. So, is the game fun? Sure. I think the dice-centric combat is undoubtedly interesting, and it's pretty much the only real idea that the game posits. It certainly adds an interesting way of spicing up the moment-to-moment turn-based combat. However, sometimes, that causes fights to drag. I've had some individual battles last for minutes on end, and not even against particularly strong enemies. Still, I think the combat is unique enough that it's certainly at least worth playing the demo. You have eyes. You have ears. You can tell how the game looks and sounds. I really dig it personally. I will say, as someone who is a fan of the Rivals of Aether games, this is just not an interesting story at all. I like some of the characters (I am not immune to the coolness of a shark pirate), the characters do feel pretty paper thin. The plot just has nothing really all that exciting. Maybe it's because I didn't read the journal entries, but the plot is incredibly basic. I don't think the game even really deepens the world or characters of the fighting games either. That's kind of a shame, because that's the exact thing I would have wanted from a RPG spinoff of Rivals of Aether. It's not a very long game either, but honestly, I think it's exactly as long as it needs to be with a story this mediocre and gameplay this experimental. I haven't played through the challenge dungeons at the time of this review, but I might give them a shot. I just figured I'd play the game on the standard difficulty and offer my two cents All in all, this is a soft recommend. Probably a 6.5 out of 10, if you are a numbers guy. There's some fun combat and some nice presentation, but the story doesn't deliver on what I was hoping for, and the game isn't very long. It's hard to say if it's worth it to you. Mind you, I did get this for like, $6 USD on sale. For that price, I would say it's worth a look. And of course, there's always the demo as well.
Why didn't this game support Keyboard+Mouse to play? I don't know, it was strange, but it does support controller perfectly which is good. The gameplay itself is good, the harder difficulties suck though such as hard mode when you fight against bosses because they can adjust dice while you adjust your dice too instead of just locking in their choice which is unfair considering bosses can have higher stats, and challenge mode, just don't question it, it's hard mode but 5x more miserable. Do not play hard mode as your first blind playthrough, same with Advanced mode (you can, but it'll take way longer to beat the game because you wouldn't have learned much of the things around you), advanced and hard feel similar, couldn't tell the difference, just play on 'story' difficulty so that you won't have to deal with the unfairness. Bosses for example cannot recieve 2 damage at a time which is kinda bogus, that's why I prefer to use Fleet's #7 move (I call it her ultimate) which is when you damage the enemy and you get bonus dice for your next turn, all the other character's ultimates just do 2 damage at the cost of something. But if you're an absolute masochist, try challenge mode eventually, everything will be stacked against you (it's so hard I couldn't even find YouTube footage of anyone completing it). This is one of my favorite RPG's, I actually didn't expect it to be this good for what it is. And the soundtrack is great. I'm pretty sure you can run this on any hardware just like in ROA1 if I am not mistaken.
Saludos !
