Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.25/day in the week to Jul 24 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Note for Steam Deck users: If your audio has pops, try running the game in Proton Experimental. That solved the issue for me. (Game settings -> Properties -> Compatibility, then check "Force the use of a compatibility tool," and choose "Proton Experimental.") -- The short and charming lovechild of FF1 and Wizardry. I started my playthrough on hard and found it to be an enjoyable challenge (you lose your money when you die but not your items or gear). It's the kind of game where your party's strength grows with each new item found/spell learned in a way that's so satisfying you can't help but push to the next floor. The postgame is a huge difficulty spike, almost to the point of feeling like a puzzle, forcing you to problem solve a nasty floor/encounter that seems unfair at first glance. I enjoyed that challenge. It seems to be targeting people who want to push the system to its limits. But if that's not your thing then YMMV. I still think a full playthrough (without postgame) would be satisfying enough to warrant purchase. Also, I played the sequel after this and really enjoyed that too (much more of an FF5 clone). If you see these games on sale in a bundle I'd def recommend both.

It's a short and sweet Wizardrylike that looks a lot like oldschool Final Fantasy. It's cute! I love the PC sprites. I think the sequel is probably more worth your time, as it's a significantly more interesting game. But like I said, this game is pretty short so IMO it's worth checking out.
I enjoyed it, though very light on content (Took me roughly 5 hours to finish it).
RPG好きの息抜きにピッタリ! たまにはレトロな雰囲気味わいませんか?
Wizardry wearing a Final Fantasy skin. Pretty neat. Short game. About 4 hours. Fairly easy, even on hard difficulty. You unlock more dungeon after beating the game but your stats are pretty much capped at that point so I personally have little interest in exploring it. Yeah, not bad for a first game. edit: I decided to play more into the unlocked dungeons. It's not worth it. It is only annoying.
Encountered this game by chance. Instantly addicted!
軽快な動作で懐かしいキャラ。 オリジナルよりもオリジナル。
This was a lot shorter than I expected. My Mage spent 90% of the game doing nothing and that was awful. There aren't enough spell points, even by the end. There's also a ton of backtracking. I just can't find enough good to give it a recommendation.
This game was fun, it was simple, easy to beat, but also has a lot of hidden love to it, I enjoyed the retro feeling to it, and memorizing the dungeons was not a hard task to do, all in all a worth while purchase.
A short and simple game, but I enjoyed it a lot. It’s well worth the price. Attention! What people call “post-game content” actually makes up about 50% of the game, with tougher bosses and fights, so I’d recommend continuing to play after the credits.
