what the hell. : cant join server. try later. Should I play at 04.00 am? Or change servers , and begin story each time particuar server is too crowded?
The game has grown into a really good world, great graphics
I wish I could rate this more favorably. As of now the game has a fun and exciting early to mid game setup. Building the base will feel like finally getting sanctuary from the elements. Unlocking and making your first vehicles will be rewarding and so thoroughly enjoyable to pilot.. Messing with the sandworms will be exciting. The combat will feel snappy and responsive. It will truly hold you for a bit... ...and then the end game comes. There isn't an end game. All of that set up and all of those vehicles serve no purpose. You have to pay taxes to the city to keep your base operating and you need to fuel it to keep it from being destroyed. It becomes a game where the only thing you log in to do is pay taxes and fuel the base. This game lacks the one thing it REALLY needs to succeed: A reason to even play it. I hope they expand upon the end game because everybody quits the moment they realize how disappointed the build up leaves you.
So much to do and feels like endless progress. 150h+ behind and most of it as solo. If you have a friend i bet you will get more out from this game as a group. Game runs smooth.
Non mi stanca mai.
This is still my go to game for casual play since its release. Constructing bases has probably eaten up most of the 788 hours so far. I love the immersion and look forward to even more content!
Amazing game if you love the Dune Universe and its lore. The stakes are high in this game, and worms have the potential to destroy friendships the likes of Valheim. Highly recommend this beautiful game.
