Overall, fine game. Only get it if its on a discount like $2. Pros: - Fun concept - Initial 5-10 hours were fun with clear progression. - Cool ambience and fun soundtrack. Some buildings and areas have music so it add life to the game as your running around. Cons: - The game feels unfinished and empty. The NPCs lack depth, proper pathfinding, the overworld is empty, lockpicking doesn't feel rewarding (where is loot behind all these locked doors?), it is impossible to find the pyschedelic gang's letters (why make the player work so hard in this empty world?), there is little variation to the gameplay loop (run from point A to point B without getting tased by cops -> repeat until all deals are done -> run home -> get tasks -> repeat. - Buggy and desperately needs a QoL update. You will spend a lot of time in the drug bench and packaging menus. This is a sim game so it makes sense its manually, but it doesn't mean it has to be inefficient and have terrible UX. - Progression after 8-10 hours felt very slow. Cartel intro was cool! But after doing the very simple first quest how long do I have to wait for the next? What about the psychedeilic gang? Why make their first quest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and provide no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clues to the player and make them depend on guides from 2+ years ago? I spent 12 hours before getting to the cartel, I spent 1.5 hours trying to get the psychedelic gang quest done and gave up. - Guides to progression, drug making, weed growing, etc. are online, not in the game. The whole premise of this game is to manufacture and distribute drugs, yet there is no clear explanation on how to sell your homegrown weed, how to cut drugs and make it sell, how to manufacture other drugs, etc. - Finally, I tried to run the game and it gave me an error. After trying a few fixes, nothing worked so I uninstalled and am now going to try out schedule 1.
very fun to play
