Uncover a rich, interactive narrative through the game's quests, or pick a direction and explore by yourself. Carve your own path.
Towns offer a needed respite for a weary traveller to sleep through the night, trade goods, accept quests and speak with the locals.
A keen mind or charming wit can prove just as useful as a sword; and your decisions will shape how the story unfolds.

Reviews
Originally I bought this game just looking for something jank to speed run but wanted to beat the game normally first. And then I fell in love. Every side quest has a purpose and to take your time with this game is to truly enjoy it. Every new region I explored it all because I didn't want to miss anything. The story the writing the characters are all amazing. The combat is decently lacking but if you are like me and can lose yourself in the story you barely even notice it
Trop bien
Fantastic world, the story intriguing, and wow does it look pretty. Highly recommended to lovers of RPGs that want to experience something, peculiar.

First and foremost this is a great game There is a lot of running back and forth which may feel negative at first until it all of a sudden just clicks and you feel unstoppable. Many great stories and places to experience in Dread Delusion and many difficult choices to make. Great game.
Very good! Looking forward to the full release on Entropy as well
Nostalgic, weird, haunting, and fun. Perfect for a tired dad who just wants to recapture some feeling of the '90s and not have to think too hard.
8/10
A really good short RPG worth your time if you're looking for something different. Dread Delusion is strongest when it takes is bizarre world and lets you immerse yourself by making it feel like all he quirks have serious consequences for lives of its world . This is coupled with really enjoyable exploration which feels rewarding, both with items and quests but also the environments and music. I was surprised by how invested I got in some of the games characters although I really wish there was more reactivity in the game to make the immersion more consistent. The game isn't perfect, while it has Morrowind vibes the RPG mechanics are much shallower and gameplay overall felt undercooked. The combat is bleh, faction system is super barebones and by the end of the game I found myself bypassing 90% of the encounter (get the haste spell ASAP!!). If you're interested I highly recommend giving it a try but it definitely won't be for everyone.
Amazing game, but could use some more polish. The basic game is generally great, the writing is absolutely outstanding (with somewhat sci-fi-ish themes in parts), the world is actually open and interesting, the progression can be somewhat odd (it very much feels like some parts were "bolted on" after the fact) and in some parts there could be some additional dialogue / choices etc. The combat system also isn't anything to write home about, even if it's fun. Oh and the save-system is just terrible which screwed me over at some point, and there's some bugs (nothing major though). But it's really worth stressing again just how good the writing and quests are.
