Dragon Song Tavern: Cozy & Adventurous

基本的なゲームプレイは、農業・釣り・料理・経営を一通り楽しむスタイルです。序盤はレシピがかなり少なく、ほぼ手探り状態。曖昧なヒントを頼りに自分で配合を研究する必要があり、失敗するととんでもない料理ができることもあります。でも、完成した料理をお客さんに提供して、コインがチャリンチャリンと増えていく瞬間の達成感は本当に最高です！

きっとこれは面白いゲームのはず！　ですが残念ながら好きになれませんでした。 まず日本語訳の質に抵抗がありました。特に女性（妹など）の言葉遣いが男性的なところが。日本人女性の言葉遣いは外国人には難しいのかな？いや頑張っているとは思うんですよ？ それから、おま環かもしれませんがコントローラーの反応が悪い。このためかなり気分が削がれました。まぁキーボード使えば済む話ではあるんですが。 こういうゲームは好きなんですが、プレイ開始後すぐ２つの違和感にあたり、アレルギーっぽく拒否反応してしまいました。手触りとしては好感触ではあるんで、本当に残念に思います。

Bought it for something cozy to zone out to after work. Expected to play like 30 mins or so. Accidentally blinked and almost 4 hours went by. I can definitely say I like this. Game has lots of QoL like not needing to repair tools, refill watering cans (it's a wand that does a grid off the bat), harvesting you don't need to click to pick anything up once you shake a tree, etc. It's all really seamless and nice. The art style is ADORABLE, both from the really cute character customization to the 2D art as you run around the world. It's a really cozy blend of both. The gameplay loop is really fun so far. Collect things, check out the market, cook with some mini games, open your restaurant to serve people, and do it again. I'm also really enjoying the story so far. The dialogue is charming and hilarious. I will say, I bought this with the intention of playing solo and can easily give it a great review there. It's exactly what I was hoping for. I did notice if I play for a while I start getting some crunchy camera movements, but it only happened about 3 hours in and I just closed my game and it was fine when I opened it again. I can't speak for multiplayer. I don't know if I would pay full price for this, but I got it for 50% off and it is WELL worth it at that price. I don't think I'll be getting the DLC though. They seem fairly steep for an outfit each and a few with a boat skin, but they are cute. At full price it might feel a tad redundant/shallow, but I'm pleasantly surprised and I feel good about it with already sinking 4 hours into it.
