Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition

This old game seems to struggle hard with "modern" tech (my computer is 6 years old, actually). In the beginning, the game crashed occasionally, but after 4 hous of gameplay it crashed every few seconds, sometimes even on launch. Shameful that this game is being sold.

This game is must for people who love RPG with great story. This was the last masterpiece of Bioware when it comes to Dragon age games. The characters have so much dept and there is alot of things to do. I do not know Dragon age II was a let down. If you like BIoware and want to enjoy their best creatiions Dragon age origins and Mass effect II will be my recommendation. 10/10 and this is my 2nd play through.

a great fantasy game, it reminds me so much of world of Warcraft but it doesn't shy away from deep topics or character relationships which I love since it makes it feel more inclusive and personal, this game is one of my many favs!

From what ive seen so far the gameplay, characters, etc are great, although just be prepared for a ton of crashing, Youll have to lower graphics, install mods and more to stop the game from dying on you.

This game has the most interesting, and least dynamic, gameplay of the DA series. The tactics menu is actually useful in this one and with the DLCs some of these companions have busted moves (Sten casually bringing everyone back to life). That said, this game is definitely the hardest and I found myself lowering the difficulty an embarrassing number of times. The plot is great in this one and knowing that I only have one playthrough under my belt as a Cousland has me excited for whenever I bring myself to go through the process of fixing it up again. It is also incredibly buggy on Steam and the fact that I (not very well versed in mods) had to look up how to download a patch just to keep this game from crashing after every combat is pretty rough and has kept me from wanting to start another playthrough. The classes all feel pretty balanced and the subclasses add flavor. Perhaps controversially, the companions in this one are my least favorite overall in the series, not to any real detriment to them, but as a compliment to the character writing in the next two installments. When Bioware hits they hit.
