Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great, non-complicated indie-game for a big free evening! Completes in around 5 hours. And because it's short and has a lot of endings and plot twists - you want to replay it and explore what's going to happen if you heal or kill different characters, and just see how the plot changes and see other endings. I could normally play this game only after recent big update with major bugfix - earlier i had blackscreen error after launching the game and instant crushing after that. But now everything is tiptop! It's interesting how gameplay mechanic refers to ancient Greek medicine with 4 human fluids, so I can say the game is kind of educational) The game process gets more complicated during time (well, it's logical for all games), but this process is pleasantly balanced, I think. You will never get bored in late game) Just one thing I can't figure out - is it possible to logically find some formula
of healing fishmen
, using Humoral wheel and list of symptoms. That's because i'm playing with obviosly machine translation on my native language and something might be translated incorrectly or just didn't fit the textboxes. Cyrillic characters are visibly wider than Latin ones( And if to continue about the translation - our language rules are different, machine translation made NPCs mistake their own gender/sex when talking, or use a bit strange phrases we usually don't use. A little bit uncomfortable, but the game stays understandable! Maybe the translation will get better later. Oh and i wanna say special thanks for the owl-antistress - what would i do without squishing this cute little thing :D The most precious trinket) And as an artist, i want to talk about visual design. I like the artstyle a lot! Backgrounds, which made like oil paintings, toony style of 3d model of Doctor's office and really stylish, edgy and peculiar NPCs! Yeah, there are some awkward moments, like, those borders where characters' body parts join, or sometimes a bit wonky animations. But I find it just okay - the game has real human touch and human factor which is relatable for me personally - when i finish my drawings i often spot some mistakes or slip-ups which i can't fix anymore (or just because i'm lazy :P). That's so daymn understandable). Story NPCs look great together! They're so charismatic and lively - whether it's big kind Thomas, oddish Marianne, aunt Agnes, the Priest, Librarian, Sheriff and the rest of them - they're all so cool! I love them <3 And I’d like to nitpick a few minor things (as an artist too). It's about the cutscene's art - specifically, how key characters are rendered there. While the Doctor has oilpainting style, the NPCs keep their main 2d style from the gameplay, just with some added oilpaint strokes (but, to be fair, they greatly fit to the scene's environment because of fitting lighting and color map, i dunno how to describe it correctly in English). It makes me feel some dissonance( There are also such missmatches like the Priest’s clothing - it's different between the 2d game model and the cutscenes. Or the Doctor’s house has different shape in the main menu and in the cutscenes... But then again, these are just minor visual details i've spotted. It could be just the human factor - I’m not entirely familiar with the team dynamics of video game development (though I did work on a tabletop game with a classmate as a student project in university, and even just we two often had messy moments). So, in summary - Great! I love it!
The whole lovecraftian theme is so insteresting and the game isn't super easy or super hard, is very balanced. I just think we could have a more clear way to get the other endings.
Games like these are ones that I'd love a neutral rating for. This game kinda feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be. It's not spooky enough to be spooky. The puzzles aren't puzzley enough to be puzzles. The mystery aspects aren't mysterious enough to be interesting. The story aspects aren't narrative enough to be engaging. But also, none of those portions of the game are bad. They're just not good. They half-assed many things instead of whole-assing a few things, and it shows. 6/10, worth it during a sale.
Medicina lovecraftiana yum yum
I struggle to really lock in too games like these and I high key only bought it cause the lil owl looked really cute but I was able to sit down and play for 4 hours straight. Absolutely phenomenal will be trying to get all the endings :3
