In this retelling of Dante's origin story which is set against a contemporary backdrop, DmC Devil May Cry™ retains the stylish action.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

好玩地不得了
It is not mind blowing in any way, and the whole game is very immature and childish. Overall, it has nothing to do with Devil May Cry, BUT, it is also a very good game to just play casually and enjoy without too many questions asked. People really sleep on this and I think is really worth a try. The biggest problem with this game was to pretend to be DMC all along.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I personally love the story of Devil May Cry. It's about a guy named Dante not knowing who he really is because of a traumatic past that he later relearns from the help of his brother, Virgil. They're both nephilim, a being created from angel and demon. Dante and Virgil both are trying to stop the demon king Mundus from overtaking the world, and they succeed, only for Virgil to try and act like he's better than the humans which leads to a fight between Dante and Virgil. Dante inevitably wins. The gameplay is very fast paced, and requires a lot of skill on the harder difficulties, you need timing, the right combos, patience, etc. There's a ton to unlock, bonus levels hidden in each map, souls you need to free, getting the best score possible (SSS). That's just the main game. There's also Bloody Palace, which is an endless mode where you try to last as long as possible. Every 20 waves is a boss fight too. The music and art is absolutely peak. From the demons you fight, to the side characters in the story. I liked the design of Phineas, the demon in Bob's prison world. And the harpies are so strange, like porcelain dolls given wings. The music at the beginning, called "Never Surrender" is such a vibe. Then there's the achievements too, easy to get at first, but then they get incredibly hard to attain, which makes it that much more fun for me, gives me a reason to keep coming back. On top of the different game modes too! You got Human, Devil Hunter, Nephilim as the first three basic difficulties. Then you have "Son of Sparda", "Dante Must Die!", "Heaven or Hell", then finally "Hell and Hell". Heaven or hell is cool, because everyone dies in one hit, that includes Dante. But Hell and Hell is quite literally...hell. Dante dies in a single hit, but the enemies do NOT. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this to people, it's a great game and helps you get faster at your reaction time. It's easy to replay over and over, and the music never gets old. 5⭐
MEJOR ESTE JUEGO QUE LA MRD DEL ANIME
is this the best version of dante? No. is this the best version of virgil? Yes. the hate this game gets is into the realm of hatred, i remember getting the demo for this on the 360 way back in the day and after picking it up over a decade+ later i can without a doubt confirm the game is still very much enjoyable. yes they did push dante into a grey area with the jokes about his past looks etc etc however after coming off of DMC 5 i find myself enjoying DMC more so overall. the faces and voice acting really sell it for me imo, DMC 5 is a HUGE let down when compared. at the end of the day it comes down to what you grew up with and how you can enjoy it now. hate to repeat but they REALLY nailed virgil in this entre from his character model to the voice acting this is the peak of his arc
