Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 9/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is fun, sure, but getting a DLC that is the same price as the game or more is just so incredibly upsetting. It never feels worth it. Every "DLC" feels like a cash grab more than anything else. It'll never be worth it. I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 25: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

10/10 i never run out of stuff to do
I really wanted to like Disney Dreamlight Valley, but my experience with the game and especially the support has been extremely disappointing. I own the game on both Nintendo Switch 2 and PC, including all DLCs, and have spent well over CHF 250 in total. After an accidental system clock issue on my Switch, my original save became effectively unusable and I eventually had to restart the entire game from scratch. I then bought the PC version specifically so I could recover my progress more efficiently and continue playing during my holidays. Later, I ran into another major problem: my PC Cloud Save could no longer be loaded on my Switch 2 because of a Cloud Save conflict. The issue eventually resolved itself once the Switch 2 version received the corresponding update and both platforms were apparently back on the same version. However, this raises another concern: if updates are released at different times on PC and Switch 2 again in the future, will the exact same Cloud Save problem happen again? Unfortunately, I have no answer to that question because Gameloft Support simply did not respond. I contacted support multiple times, followed up repeatedly, referenced my existing ticket, opened another request and clearly explained the issue. Despite all of that, I received no meaningful response, no explanation and no statement regarding whether this can happen again with future updates. That is extremely disappointing for a game this expensive. The game itself can be very enjoyable, but when serious technical problems occur, the support experience is simply not good enough. At the moment, my biggest concern is not only that the problem happened, but that I have no confidence it will not happen again with the next platform update. Until Gameloft improves its communication and support, I cannot fully recommend the game to players who rely heavily on Cloud Save and cross-platform progression. If Gameloft eventually provides a proper response or clarification, I will update this review accordingly.
I wish i can give a thumbs up and a thumbs down because I LOVEEEEE this game so much! But the devs got greedy, More greedy than The Sims with the micro-transactions, add-ons, and expansions and stuff! But its SOOOO GOOODDDDDDDDDD!
Greedy greedy company. Everything is being a huge paywall in the cash shop.
In my opinion, this game started out cute but quickly devolved into a greedy cesspool of constant microtransactions and paywalls. They also, respectfully, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over players who supported them in early access by making them buy the game a second time for other platforms after it was supposed to launch as free-to-play. Didn't sit right with me. It could've been a great game (and I really enjoyed it initially), but the reality is it's a money pit. I uninstalled it. There are plenty of other fun farming/life sims for a one-time payment of ~$15.
Do you like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley? if so, then you'll probably like this game too! It's just those games with Disney/Pixar characters instead.
