Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i built a 200m long ship to end up fighting an armoured motor boat
Dieselpunk Wars, developed by Image Power S.A. and Roasted Games and published by Image Power S.A., PlayWay S.A., and HeartBeat Games, is a sandbox vehicle construction and combat game that prioritizes creativity, experimentation, and physics-driven destruction above all else. It positions itself less as a traditional action game and more as a mechanical playground where engineering ideas are tested under fire. The game’s identity is built around the freedom to design war machines from scratch and then watch those designs either triumph spectacularly or collapse in catastrophic fashion when theory meets reality. At the heart of the experience is the vehicle editor, which serves as both the game’s main attraction and its steepest learning curve. Players are given access to hundreds of modular parts, ranging from structural blocks and armor plating to engines, wheels, tracks, propellers, wings, and a wide variety of weapons. Every component has weight, durability, and physical properties, meaning that design decisions directly affect performance. Poor weight distribution can cause vehicles to tip or break apart, while inefficient propulsion setups can leave even the most heavily armed machine struggling to move. This emphasis on real physical behavior makes the building process feel more like engineering than decoration, and success often comes from iteration rather than intuition alone. Combat in Dieselpunk Wars reinforces the idea that construction quality matters more than raw firepower. Weapons behave according to ballistic rules, armor can deflect or absorb damage depending on angle and material, and internal systems can be destroyed in ways that cripple a vehicle without fully destroying it. Watching a carefully designed machine lose functionality piece by piece adds a sense of tension and authenticity to battles. Conversely, seeing an enemy vehicle disintegrate due to a well-placed shot or a chain reaction of explosions is deeply satisfying, especially when it validates hours spent fine-tuning a design. The game offers multiple ways to engage with its systems. A campaign mode provides structured missions that introduce new challenges and encourage players to adapt their designs to specific objectives, such as escorting units, attacking fortified positions, or surviving overwhelming enemy forces. Outside of the campaign, sandbox and custom battle modes allow for unrestricted experimentation, letting players test wild ideas without concern for balance or resources. These modes are where the game’s creativity truly shines, especially when paired with Steam Workshop support that enables players to share and download community-built vehicles. Physics simulation is a defining feature throughout the experience. Vehicles respond to terrain, water, and air resistance in believable ways, with buoyancy affecting naval designs and lift determining whether flying machines soar or plummet. Environmental factors such as waves and uneven ground can dramatically influence combat outcomes, rewarding players who account for real-world logic in their designs. Destruction is equally granular, with individual components breaking off, systems failing, and structural integrity collapsing dynamically rather than through scripted damage states. Visually, Dieselpunk Wars is functional rather than striking. The dieselpunk aesthetic is present in the industrial designs and muted color palette, but textures and effects lack the polish seen in more visually focused titles. Explosions and debris convey scale and chaos effectively, yet environments can feel sparse and repetitive over extended play sessions. The interface, while generally readable, can feel clunky during intense combat or complex building sessions, reinforcing the sense that the game’s ambition occasionally outpaces its presentation. Performance and technical stability are areas where the game shows its rough edges. Smaller engagements tend to run smoothly, but large battles involving multiple vehicles and extensive physics calculations can lead to frame drops or erratic behavior. AI-controlled units can also behave inconsistently, sometimes failing to navigate terrain properly or making questionable tactical decisions. These issues do not make the game unplayable, but they do interrupt immersion and can be frustrating during longer or more complex missions. Community reception reflects this dual nature. Players who enjoy creative freedom, mechanical depth, and experimentation often praise the game for offering something few others do: a true sandbox for vehicle-based warfare driven by physics rather than scripted outcomes. Others are more critical of its uneven balance, dated visuals, and technical quirks, noting that the game can feel unfinished or rough despite its strong core ideas. The experience rewards patience and curiosity, but it does little to accommodate players seeking a smooth, guided progression. Ultimately, Dieselpunk Wars is a game defined by ambition. It offers immense freedom and a genuine sense of discovery for players willing to engage with its systems on their own terms. While it lacks the refinement and consistency of more polished simulation titles, its strengths lie in experimentation, creativity, and the thrill of seeing personal designs come to life in chaotic combat. For players who enjoy engineering challenges, sandbox gameplay, and the satisfaction of learning through failure, Dieselpunk Wars provides a distinctive and memorable experience, even if it remains an imperfect one.
