It becomes very clear, very quickly, that there's only one ending despite the illusion of choice. Every time I tried to spend time with someone else, I’d get a single dismissive line like, “I think you’d like hanging out with Ben more.” No, I really don’t think I would, considering I never picked him in the first place. It’s frustrating, and honestly kind of kills any sense of agency. I’m also not much of a fan of the weird meta humour, it felt more forced than clever.
Got it as part of the Lair of the Clockwork God package, and im quite pleased with it, gov! The writing and the references and how each character had a genre they embodied really made this relatively short game quite fun, innit!

I have no idea where i got this game as i most certainly didn't redeem or buy it anywhere. It's bad. All the characters are unlikable, the character you play most of all. the choices are misleading or stupid (you are confronted by the headmaster because you are in the hall when lessons have already started, you can choose between "be strong", "be pathetic" or "say nothing", the first one seemed the most sensical to me as i expected my charcter to explain the situation and stand up for himself, instead he insults the headmaster), the story is stupid as well. It's also really short (less than 30 minutes toplay through) and absolutely not worth paying money for this!
