Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.71/day in the week to Aug 24 → 16.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Become The Ultimate Devil Hunter
Devil May Cry (2001) - Set on a remote island, the story centers on Dante, a demon hunter who uses his business to carry out a lifelong vendetta against all demons. He meets a woman named Trish who takes him on a journey to defeat the demon lord Mundus, who is responsible for the deaths of Dante's brother and mother. Devil May Cry 2 (2003) - DMC 2 sets in modern times, in the fictional Vie de Marli island. The story centers on demon hunter Dante and island guardian Lucia in their fight to stop a businessman named Arius from raising the demon Argosax and achieving supreme power. Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening (2005) - The game is a prequel to the original Devil May Cry, featuring a younger Dante. Set a decade before the events of the first Devil May Cry in an enchanted tower called the Temen-ni-gru, the story follows Dante as he attempts to stop his twin brother, Vergil, from opening a portal to the Demon World. Follow My Review Group Here!
Devil May Cry
I love the setting in this game. The castle and its many crazy and dark locations alongside it was done really well and aged pretty good. The graphics look stunningly good for how old this game looks. The combat is actually pretty good too. Yeah it’s a bit dated, but for its age I think it’s pretty good. Every melee weapon feels really unique with its own strength and weaknesses, creating strategy that can make a huge difference. Another positive I would have to add is the awesome soundtracks in this game. Now I have to say that this game is tough, so please be prepared for a serious challenge. I do love the challenge this game provides and does feel rewarding once you nail down the mechanics. Some annoyances I had with this game was how dying has you restart the entire level if you don’t have any yellow orbs (wouldn’t be an issue if they weren’t so hard to get), and the backtracking with respawning enemies can be a huge pain in the a*s. I also don’t like the camera angles in this game. It can ruin the experience at times and become super frustrating, especially against flying attacks Also platforming around can be a pain in the a*s because of the fixed camera angles. Despite its annoying flaws, the game was still a solid experience (once you get decent at the controls & mechanics). A pain at first, but gets better later into the story once you have more orbs and items to help you. If you are looking for a challenging classic, then you may enjoy this, just be prepared for some of its aging problems. Rating: 7/10 ✔️Pros:✔️

Great atmosphere
Fantastic level design
Fun action & gameplay
Early cheesy 2000’s vibe
Short game with good pacing
Good sharp remastered visuals
Amazing soundtracks & sound effects
Every weapon has a unique feel & moveset
❌Cons:❌

Camera angles can be atrocious
Saving mechanic that is pointless
Backtracking with respawning enemies
Some enemies are super annoying to fight
Yellow orbs are the only method of checkpoints (and super hard to get)

Devil May Cry 2
This is just a rough sequel to Devil May Cry 2. Im not talking about story, im talking about the horrendous gameplay experience this game offers. So many drawbacks here. First of all, the challenge is gone. The AI are some of the worst I have ever seen. You can literally be idle next to an enemy and it would take them like 6 seconds to attack you. They just sit there like a deer in headlights lmao. Another complaint is the terrible bosses. There is no creativity or challenge here. It's just bullet sponge bosses and easy dodges. The environments are also just bland, boring, and sometimes just confusing as hell. Also the camera angles were as bad as ever. Maybe even worse than the first game. The only good things I can say is that the movement is better, you have two playable campaigns (which is pretty cool), and some new quality of life mechanics. I'd skip this game entirely, but if you're aiming for achievements or just want to complete all the DMC games, then God bless your soul. Rating: 3/10 ✔️Pros:✔️

Two playable campaigns
Amazing art direction & music
Movement is improved compared to DMC 1
New mechanics added (dodge & weapons swap buttons)
❌Cons:❌

Brainless AI
Bland environments
Dumbed down combat
Terrible camera angles
Guns are overpowered
Mediocre upgrade system
Weak story & characters
Doesn't offer much of a challenge
Obscured gameplay (poor sense of direction)

Devil May Cry 3
This is easily the best in the whole trilogy! DMC 3 brings back the action and offers fun, fluid combat that feels in-depth and rewarding to master. After playing DMC 2, this feels like a totally different experience, and a huge comeback to the franchise. The story is fun, the characters are written pretty well, and the bosses are probably the best in the whole trilogy. The game still offers a great challenge and can be a bit of a difficulty curve for many (including myself). I actually don’t mind it since dying isn’t so punishing anymore. You have two modes you can play. Yellow, and Gold. Gold mode provides infinite continues from the last checkpoint upon death. If you possess a Gold Orb (max 3), you can revive instantly at your exact death location with full health and Devil Trigger. If you do not use a Gold Orb, you are returned to the previous room/checkpoint. Yellow on the other hand replicates the original North American release difficulty. Dying requires you to restart the entire mission unless you have a Yellow Orb. Using a Yellow Orb (max 99) allows you to continue from the last checkpoint (the room before the one you died in), but you do not revive in place. Running out of Yellow Orbs forces a full mission restart. Picking Gold made the challenge fun and not so much a pain in the *ss. The only gripes I really have is the level design can be confusing at times. I had to look up some youtube walkthroughs just to see where I needed to go. Another one is the camera itself. Yes it’s much better than DMC 1 & 2, but not perfect. It didn’t get me killed, but it’s frustrating sometimes to navigate with and see some enemies. Besides those issues, this is the true classic of DMC. The best version out of the three! Rating: 9/10 ✔️Pros:✔️

Good enemy variety
Atmosphere is dark & gritty
Dying is much more forgiving
Great story with cool characters
Awesome boss design & boss fights
Dante has his goofy personality back
Amazing in-depth combat (Best in the Trilogy)
❌Cons:❌

Difficulty spikes can be frustrating
Level design can be confusing at times
Camera (although improved) can still cause some issues
https://store.steampowered.com/app/631510/Devil_May_Cry_HD_Collection/ ❕Final thoughts:❕ As a whole, this HD collection is incredible! Every game (yes even DMC 2) runs perfectly fine and had zero issues with performance or bugs that I could encounter. My biggest gripe that sucks is that the game’s highest resolution is 1920x1080. I’m sure you can edit the files and change them. The games do run at 60fps so I am happy about that. If you are wanting to get into the classic DMC games, then this is the best way to do it!
