This game just poorly optimized, and graphic doesn't even looks good in 2026 but eat up to 10GB of VRAM on highest setting?

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is a sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution, a game that means a lot to me due to its superior atmosphere, lore, and (my favorite) soundtrack. While I was a bit worried about the game quality (heard some negative reviews), I must say that I was too worried. The game is *incredible*. It has great visuals, details, stories, music (oh boy, some tracks are so good that they even could surpass the godlike tracks from Human Revolution) and the gameplay delivers. It's one of the best immersive sims I've ever played. The game also perfectly balances the amount of information and gradually explains to you how the things work. The biggest flaw would probably be incosistency of the main plot, especially towards the end. The final mission is kinda meh (though the music in Apex Centre delivers). But overall the main story is very compelling and interesting to follow, and the characters are solid. I love it! The real problem are the game crashes! It has some unfixed issues and it may not work well on modern PCs. There is still a bug with a full inventory which the game can't handle (shooting tutorial). And it's like 10 years old! What helped me was setting the affinity of the game in Task Manager in Details to 5 cores. But that worked for me, might not for you. Just google it or ask AI (haha). Also, purchase 'A Criminal Past'. It's a must-play DLC that has great characters, story and music too. Just play it! TL;DR: an absolute banger that you will definitely remember, must-play, 9/10.

I want to play this game but it keeps crashing. On a quick google search, i need to "dumb down" my rig and a handful of other settings to play this. Absolutely not, optimize this please....

Enjoying it so far. I never finished it so decided to come back and try again.
