Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

It's crazy how parrallel the story is to what we face today. Story, gameplay and characters are all 10/10. Deus ex Mankind Divided is a must try provided you don't skip its story and side questes. Never skip them side quests.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

great story
This game felt as if it could be a DLC for Human Revolution. [5/10] Only travelling to around 4 unique locations throughout the entire game with Prague being the "home base" per se really disappointed me. I held onto a lot of my credits and praxis upgrades expecting a whole other half of the main story after the one & only boss fight, but that was it. The game literally ends after this fight (besides some ending exposition). After that you are then forced to sit through the entire credits to get your achievements for completing the game as well as a secret 30 second cutscene of Bob Page, Morgan Everett, & some other randoms used for sequel hype. (also no skip option for the super long credits lol, not even with f5) Something that also bothered me was the lack of incentives to take a more aggressive approach and use your lethal weapons. The game makes you feel like a terrible person whenever you have to take up arms and defend yourself or find yourself in a shooting section. Most of the game you are surrounded by cops, security guards, or members of the aug rights movement, people you just don't want to shoot at for the most part. I appreciate the game pushing for a more forgiving/non-violent approach, but not everyone wants to be playing a stealth simulator just to feel like a good person. I felt like I spent 80% of the game sneaking around using vents & cloaking (similar to Human Revolution but it felt a lot more so in this one to me). There were only 3 enemy types I felt I could shoot at without feeling reprimanded by TF29 or in-game news articles. The main story feels almost inconsequential to the Deus Ex storyline as a whole. Any mentions to other events or established characters are just that, mere mentions (beside TF29 being a proto-Unatco & other small mentions I guess?) The sequel baiting was depressing too, especially after news that the next project/game has been cancelled. It's been 10 years since this game came out, I don't think we're getting another one anytime soon, even though it would be more relevant nowadays than ever. If I were to choose between the two prequel games, Human Revolution would be my recommendation for fans of this franchise. You could honestly skip this one and wouldn't be missing much. The combat and movement felt pretty good and the graphics/visuals were pretty impressive too. I didn't hate this game, but it definitely left me feeling underwhelmed in some areas and wanting more.
The game still has Denuvo even almost 10 years after release. It's clear the companies involved don't care about the game or their customers.
