A really well-made puzzle game with amazing atmosphere, clever puzzles and interesting story that you slowly unravel. If you are a fan of the genre this is a must buy.

A great game with some clever puzzles. It's not exactly the same but it does help fill the empty Dreamsettler (Hypnospace Outlaw Sequel) shaped void in my heart and if you enjoyed that game then look into this one.

One of the most creative and fun puzzle/investigative games I have ever played. The puzzles are difficult enough that solving them feels like a great accomplishment because you truly have to put in effort and think outside of the box. Some puzzle games have the issue of being TOO out of the box where the solution is almost impossible without a guide. With Desktop Explorer, I rarely felt the need to reference a guide at all; however, there is a certain puzzle ([spoiler]when you are waiting for the screensaver to trigger[/spoiler]) that is not triggering properly, so I was forced to check a guide to confirm it was a bug. I loved the writing for this game, each character had compelling intertwined stories that encouraged you to play more to find out their fates. The one question I still have is [spoiler] why Desktop Explorer is evil in the first place, I feel like I missed something because I only remember the dad programming it but it seems like there is way more that wasn't discussed.[/spoiler] If you have played Hypnospace Outlaw, this has a very similar feel except you are exploring the contents of a PC rather than exploring the internet. The design/concept of some of the applications/games were so pleasing I wish they were real, like Chronolog and NextRooms.

最后章节明显少内容了，解密难度不是很平滑，主要类型太多了，少数解密需要对电波，花了点时间，大部分还是蛮好解的。总之是个好故事[spoiler]关于gup大战360安全助手，想尽办法卸载360，终于找回被360删除并隐藏的文件的故事[/spoiler]

텍스트 기반 퍼즐게임 좋아하면 재밌어할듯 . 아직 엔딩보기 전이긴한데 나름 재밌게 하는중 근데 이제 중반부터 어느 퍼즐을 먼저 풀어야 하는지 어떤 아이템이 어떤 퍼즐하고 연결되는지가 불 분명해서 어려워짐 ;; 그부분을 좀더 명확하게 만들었으면 좋았을탠데

非常惊艳非常有创意解谜过程相当有趣！好喜欢 总感觉最后的结局之后应该再给一些可以探索的谜题来着有点可惜 总之非常非常值得一玩！ 如果非要说有什么不满意的地方那应该是走迷宫那段实在是太晕了，过那一关虽然很快但是我真的差点yue出来。。头一回那么晕3D TT
