Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 29 → 21.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As someone who spent a great deal of time on Windows 95 and 98 and who could spend hours without internet just messing around in the default programs, system settings, and file trees, this hit just right. I haven't played a lot just yet but I am in no rush and just want to savor the experience. There is so much care in the visuals and the music. I am recommending this game widely.
Very cute, not the most complicated puzzle/detective game but definitely compensates with good story and style! Really good writing in Act 2, definitely relate to a lot of that as an online teen throughout COVID. There's a specific puzzle in Act 3 that kind of becomes tedious if you want to 100% complete the game (I didn't do it but I assume) and it kind of feels off compared to how smoothly every puzzle goes, that you have to sit there and solve everything with pen and paper for a while, kind of annoying.

what a beautiful, tight little puzzle game. Its paced so well you can blow through the whole thing in just a couple of hours or you can take your time as there are clear points where you can stop playing and come back to it. Atmosphere was kind of unreal, able to pluck on your emotional heart strings and also be tense and also send chills up your spine. fantastic
Very good. Tho...I have to say...This is kind of a game for grown up. The puzzles SOMETIME can be confusing, but by no mean as hard and esoteric as some others adventure games. Theres always kind of an obvious logic to it. The kind that, when you realise, your like: Omfg im so dumb. Thats so obvious. Plus...You always have your -friend- to help you with useful advice in times of needs. Game deserve its overwelmingly positive status. Love it. People whining on the forums have the reading skills of a pre-teenager.
I've been looking forward to this game since the first look I got of it many years ago at PAX, and I'm so happy to report it has not disappointed me even one little bit. A fantastic bit of deduction horror, with snippets of narrative in devastating ways. 10/10
I enjoyed the first act, but they changed the whole game in the second act with the slog that is the NextRooms. I found myself stuck in certain places on the first floor with a bunch of details that do not help me. If there's details I'm missing, I'm just gonna chalk that up to not being able to make the Nextrooms screen larger. Meanwhile, PIzarro is useless by saying things like 'did you know you can erase things?' I had to wait so long to get the right fish colors to spawn on that screensaver, and it was just extremely unsatisfying to the point where I'm just taking a break from this. I cannot recommend a game that goes from a bunch of fun little ah hah moments with the puzzles in the beginning to an experience of waiting for the last two damn fish to show up. I dunno if I'm just unlucky, but that is some straight BS.
Such a good game with lots of depth, and uses the fear of the unknown very well. I would 100% recommend to someone who loves puzzle games.
