I bought this game just because I really like laptop-like games. I did not have any expectations from it so I was really pleasantly surprised. Finished in around 10 hours. The story is deep and at the end really emotional (I even cried which I wouldn't expect). It's true, that some passages were not that interesting and maybe even sometimes boring and yes, I did use walkthrough few times when I got stuck, but at the of the day, I enjoyed the game fully. Solid 7,5/10

I had a blast exploring this stellar game from start to finish. The game feels very fleshed out, interesting puzzles and ideas, differing gameplay to keep things fresh, great, lovely music and sound effects, and a well written story to uncover. I would recommend this game if you like the sound of exploring an old PC with a fictional OS and discovering the truth behind the past of its previous users. Amazing job devs for a successful first game release. Highly recommend it.

I love these type of fake OS games. If you enjoyed this try [i] Shipwrecked 64 (similar vibe no fake OS), Hypnospace Outlaw and Home Safety Hotline.[/i] Hypno and HSH are two are fake OS games with puzzles as well but not as complex as this game, although the lore and interfaces are beautiful and reminiscent of early Windows. I genuinly enjoy the puzzle solving and the story in this game, it is very deceptive, and I feel that's what drew my attention. The devs did an amazing job at creating unique and interactive puzzles.

C'est un bon jeu de puzzle. Il est assez dur sans être injuste. Il est divisé en 3 parties (pour chaque utilisateur présent sur l'ordinateur) et chaque partie présente une façon de jouer un peu différentes. [spoiler] La première partie c'est de la manipulation de fichier, la deuxième un jeu plus classique d'horreur au style animal crossing et la troisième partie (la plus courte) une espèce de très vieux jeu où il faut taper des commandes pour agir. [/spoiler]. La première partie est la plus intéressante et la demo contient la meilleure partie du jeu. La deuxième partie est légèrement ennuyante et un peu plus générique. La troisième partie est sympa en théorie mais extrêmement courte, tu commences à te faire une opinion dessus qu'elle est déjà terminée. Il n'y a aucun jumpscare, ce qui est un bon point. L'horreur repose surtout sur l'ambiance du jeu. Par contre, j'ai trouvé que ce n'était plus effrayant à partir de la seconde moitié du jeu. Un peu déçue.

Hell of a puzzle mister, love it! The only two complaints I have is 1. The hints are too little in the game, which is both a good thing and a bad thing but I prefer having more detailed hints. 2. In Admin the terminal pisses me off. It is not only not case sensitive just like *nix terminals but when restoring the .res files you cannot type the "exact path" or else the restoration tool won't accept which is [spoiler]memories/12-09-1995.res but not documents/memories/12-09-1995.res[/spoiler] 3. the Tower is just way too short 4. is the [spoiler]the Case crime even related to what happened to Guppy and her relatives?[/spoiler] but other than that it is just insanely good, especially the ending and the way you interact with the puzzles themselves
