This is insane

I still can't really believe that the concept of a on-rails Tony Hawk Pro Skater mixed with Jet Set Radio (and/or Bomb Rush Cyberfunk) works this well. It's an extremely enjoyable experience of doing tricks with a train and being able to experience the gimmicks of each level. Almost every level has some kind of gimmick, ranging from learning how to combo tricks using manuals to unlock a imaginary and rainbow coloured rail track to multi track drifting to destroy the cardboard cutouts of that stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mole. And the best part about the trick system: you can fiddle your controller tricks like crazy and you will do points. You only have to remember a couple of tricks and the game doesn't punish you for not inputting the correct sequence of stick movement. Instead it will choose the closest trick sequence. It's a great game with really good music (they have songs from the Splatoon composer and the one from Sonic) and it's just such a joy to play this game. But be aware that it is not the easiest game to master. Each level is graded from no medal all the way up to platinum. Even getting to gold requires patience and concentration. But overall pretty great experience!
