About

Democracy 3 is the work of a single developer, Cliff Harris from the UK, an indie games veteran who has been making games since 1997 and programming since he was 11 years old. Cliff gets some 'help' from his cats, but frankly not much...Sums Steam only; GOG publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
过于简单引起不适。政治难题都不是难题,扶贫,稳定粮食价格和农业人口,大力发展教育,保持GDP增速和就业率的稳定就行了(越听越像copy中国的治理措施)。
If you play as Bernie Sanders, you will win easily. If you play as Ronald Reagan, you will be assassinated before your first term is up. Even if you turn "liberalism" and socialism all the way down. Some of the economics factors are completely wrong, not based in actual economics, but Marxist ideology.

This game is fun but I will say that it loses its charm after you go through each country. Also the fact that if you make a specific constituency unhappy they send snipers after you instead of you just getting not reelected, asked to step down or having a barrage of negative campaign events happen can be quite frustrating. Basically, your ability to continue, unless you please everyone, is based on your ability to dodge bullets. There are other games in this genre, such as Frostpunk, that do this better and with more variety.
Typical lefty garbage. Capitalism bad, socialism good. Yet here they are , charging $24 for pure unadulterated poop. Why not be free for your comrades, eh comrade? Serious note though: Don't waste your time or money. This game is actually just pure stupid. Great concept, poor development. Great way to waste $24 of your hard earned capitalist money though.
End corporation tax and tax the poor 90% what a great game
Game is very liberal/marxist mindset.
The left slant on this game is insane.. Seriously..
Pretty decent political game but the assassination rate is insane. Even if you have maxed out your police force and secret service those Capitalists will get you and there is no counter-terrorist action.
Great game at the beggining, it gets kinda boring when you get asssasinated non-stop. I dont like that much the two party system but still its more simple that way. Sometimes its confusing in-game about what people want. I defenatly dont recomend it at its current price and if you are not a fan of games like this, but if you are a fan just wait for a sale to buy it
Lot of potential. This Genre is relatively underdeveloped and the UI is really cool. However, the game play is often linear, and, if you want your country to succeed, then you are forced down a set path every time. I'd like to see your choices have more effect on other choices. For instance, selecting to build better roads increased oil pollution and consumption, regardless of the fact that previous policies might have eliminated gas-powered cars altogether. Fun game and thought experiment for a few hours, needs work to be anything more than that.
