Honestly somewhat torn whether to recommend the game or not. If I had not played this after Subnautica 2, I would likely have recommended the game. It does deliver atmosphere and story. However, it has many moments where it feels more like a slightly interactive movie. And all is crowned by a bittersweet ending that felt needlessly dramatic. Overall, decent beginning and slightly annoying ending of the game. Playable but very very short and half-fun. Grab the game if you are desperate for a morning with nothing else to do.

10/10 Psdata: Te odio William McArthur

Deliver us the Moon is a story-based space exploration programme filled with intricate puzzles. It's not a sandbox-style game, you are tracing the steps of previous astronauts on a failed space programme which you have to rescue. Some of the puzzles I found more difficult than others but after a few tries I figured them out. They involve sequential reasoning, lateral thinking, recall of previous puzzles, speed-accuracy tests etc. It has a nice balance of relaxed tasks vs. adrenalin-fuelled ones. The trick is to realise there IS a puzzle that can be solved and to follow the guide prompts, as well as your inner reasoning, rather than searching around aimlessly looking for bits and pieces. I really enjoyed it and the storyline and graphics were really beautiful.
I am always interested in space-based games, so Deliver Us The Moon piqued my interest. Problem is, the game stuttered no matter what I would set my graphics settings to. It felt horrible to play. edit: added PC specs
It's not a bad game, It's a little linear story driven and the puzzles and directions are fairly easy. I liked how it actually felt like you were leaving to start your moon mission on earth rather than the usual "You've arrived on the moon, start the game" My only grumble is it was a little short, completed in 4 hours but everything looked nice and was laid out well. I was hoping for more of a mystery outcome (i won't spoil the ending) and a bit more spoopy free roaming places to explore would have been nice but i'm not dissapointed.
