Reviews
This is what you play when you know you want to play a game, but don't have the attention span to do something deeply involved. That's not to say there's a lack of depth, but that this is just a game to kick back and enjoy. Everything seems to be well thought out and well balanced in such a way to provide hours of entertainment, with not too heavy a skill commitment. Every loss is somehow a success, just not as significant as a completion.
As a big VS and DRG fan i really wanted to like this DRG VS-clone. Sadly i don't. I'm no stranger to grind and meta progression, but here it's just pretty underwhelming. Generally the weapons are the most disappointing thing and translate not well from the main game imo. Sure the overclocks change things up a bit, but coming from the craziness other games offer, this still feels very tame. The mechanic that makes the game unique from other vs games is the digging. Which is cool i guess. You can use the terrain to your advantage, but it can also get annoying. Especially the resource gathering adds to an more engaging playstyle over other games, which also leads to less chill games. At least if you're in need for upgrade materials, which you will be for quite some time. This may change in the endgame, but i don't feel the motivation to get there. You also find equipment with several small statboosts and rarities. The once i saw so far were pretty meh, i doubt the legendary ones somehow will get crazy. I won't find out either way. There are the 4 classes from the DRG game with 3 subclasses. Nothing crazy here either, just small bonuses and weapon selects. In the end 12 characters. compared to VS an ridiculously low number and it doesn't help that they sell one new character + gamemode (here are 2 in the main game) for allmost the price of the game and looking at the reviews it isn't great either. That's basicly what it boils down too. It's an somewhat underwhelming VS-clone that banks on it's strong ip. There are serveral better games in this genre that offer vastly more for less money. I can't bring myself to grind through this mediocre game that nickel and dimes it's players, while i could simply play a better game. If you want to give it a try, go ahead, but i would wait for a deep discount.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Run
tl,dr: Its alright if you like dwarves, or guns, or both. Longer: This is a single-stick "survivor"-type game where your primary gameplay loop is to walk around. The walking is complicated slightly by wave upon wave of ravenous bugs. You may also find your stroll interrupted by rock walls, mineable resources, natural hazards, exploding enemies, jump pads, rivers of lava, and more. At no point will you simply go for a stroll. You start every mission with a single weapon in your kit. Mining resources or killing bugs gets you xp; xp lets you level up, raising your hp cap and giving you access to a randomized loot drop. Sometimes this is an upgrade to a gun, and sometimes it's something more general (like move speed or crit rate). If your guns upgrade far enough (lv6, 12, 18) they get Overclocks, which can drastically alter both their power and playstyle. New guns unlock periodically as you progress, tied to your level. At the end of your run you'll find a Very Large Bug (or two) who want to do terrible, horrible things to you. Flatten them and you get to go home a winner. Fall at any point and they'll have to send another dwarf. -- The game is funny. The voice acting from Mission Control should give a sensible chuckle. The bugs can be frustratingly unfair at times, particularly if you're trying to unlock some of the mission tiers and are up against a checkpoint mission that both increases difficulty and adds special negative modifiers to make things harder. But you're good for it. Dwarves are tough.
It's a grindfest yes, but more than good enough to play if a small percentage improvement per run is not an issue. For more rewarding sessions maybe try other games in the genre, but I do recommend this.
zaman geçirmek için iyi bir oyun ama bir vakit geçtikten sonra hep aynı şey olduğu için sıkıyor
tons of weapons and strategies, mining for gold and nitra to increase your skills and efficacy... quick runs, not boring, but still challenging...
Достойная игрушка в своем жанре.

Much deeper game than I was expecting. Really enjoy this when I just want to zone out and play a game.
