Review with only one playthrough. While the game looks good, the gameplay gets boring fast. You have your sets of orders for the day, read some profile and decide who lives and who dies. The 'choices matter' part have two branches: -Obey orders or not. -Kill or let live those profiles. You can read a one-liner tweet in your mobile the following day. Mkay I guess. To really understand the consequences of your actions you need two items from the shop, which... you could skip by accident. At the end of the game I didn't feel like my choices affected the outcome the least. I played mostly by the rules, but taking my time to heal the world as much as possible while at it. [spoiler] The snow globe showed some improved buildings and a lot of '+' signs, so I thought everything was doing good. Then some sort of super-flu started killing humanity anyway and felt like the game forced me to take the doomsday path, at which point I lost interest. [/spoiler] Also, the conversations with the secondary characters were uninteresting. [spoiler] All that lore about the higher-ups and conspiracies mattered little. I guess it makes sense in new game+, but I'm not willing to play again.[/spoiler]
