Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.86/day in the week to Aug 23 → 23.43/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Adventure on your own, or conquer the ship in a co-op squad of up to 3 players. Mark enemies for focused fire, synchronize grenade strikes, and storm enemies with overwhelming force. Adjust difficulty levels for each mission to match your mood, from a more laid-back adventure experience all the way to nightmare mode.

Fight against massive, biomechanical bosses that demand steady aim and quick reflexes. Annihilate waves of hunter-drones, robotic spiders, the mindless, and dozens of other enemies to survive each run. Battle through each ship sector — from the engine rooms to the brig.

Master over 30 powerful weapons, each modifiable with elemental affixes and upgrades. Turn a shotgun into a void-spreading crowd crusher, or a submachine gun into a room clearing hail of ice. From plasma cannons to sniper rifles, your arsenal adapts to any combat scenario.

Incinerate drones with fire, freeze swarms with ice, chain lightning enemies with shock, or send them to the void with a well-timed headshot.

Transform your combat approach through dozens of augments, perks, and items. Dominate from afar, strike from the shadows with stealth, or get close with enhanced melee. Your choices offer a unique experience against the mechanical onslaught.

Use permanent upgrades to reshape yourself into a killing machine. Boost your shields, amplify elemental chaos, and tear bots apart with satisfying fury. Forge a path that matches your playstyle.

Explore a spaceship overrun by biomechanical creatures, enjoy an original music soundtrack and art, and discover your true mission and origin.

GREAT GAME AND THEY HAVE #2 COOKING AND PEEPLE ARE MAD
明明就還沒做完就要開發2代
After being accepted to playtest Deadzone: Rogue 2, I want to post this review of DZ1 in hopes that I see more of what I love about this game and less of the things that put me off to it. Now before I get started I want to say that I love DZ, and moreover, I love roguelikes/roguelites. When I played this game for the first time, I couldn't put it down. I put on 70 hours in the first week and a half of me buying the game. I even got a couple of other friends hooked on it; one from Steam and the other from Xbox when cross-play was introduced. We beat every mission on Normal and most of them on Expert, along with all the challenge missions. I want to make it clear that I MORE than got my monies worth from this game; it was very fun and I can't wait to finish this review so I can try DZ2! That being said, something weird happened after we hit 100 hours in this game.. We started toying with the idea of 100 precenting the game. For lack of better terms, the late game achievements are not respectful to the average players time. As it stands today (and you can check my profile), some of the "rare" achievements in DZ1 are on my account as the MOST rare from any other game I've played. The worst part? I don't even have the RAREST achievements from DZ1! It got to a point where we straight up stopped playing because the achievements were simply not respectful of our time. It felt like they just put some things in there that WOULD make sense as achievements, but didn't allow good players who clearly have a deep understand of the games' mechanics to be rewarded for it. The most ANNOYING example of this for us was the difficulty chooser. You HAVE to beat the prior difficult (Besides Easy and Medium) in order to play the next harder difficult. This means you have to beat Normal to go to Expert, then Expert to go to Nightmare. This led to a lot of frustration for me because 1. I'm very good at fps style games and 2. I deeply understand the mechanic of roguelikes. This led to us doing missions as fast as we can just to do it again 2 more times in order to complete it on Nightmare difficulty. That is very boring and get redundant FAST. Some of the later missions will take you at least 20+ minutes on Normal difficulty even if you are going as fast as possible and melting everything past your power spike. PLEASE ADD THE ABILITY TO CHOOSE ANY DIFFICULTY FROM THE START IN DZ2! I understand why they designed it this way but it leads to more malice than fun whenever you are just doing the same mission 3 times across 40+ missions just to get a couple of achievements :T. The "Sanctify Every Weapon" is another slap in the face. I don't even feel like typing it out but try and fully sanctify 1 weapon on any difficulty then tell me how much time it took you in that run. Now multiply that by 27 on TOP of having to repeat a mission twice to beat it in Nightmare. You could see how those 2 achievements alone put me off from playing this game for 200-300+ hours. All in all, I STILL recommend this game! I honestly enjoyed it way too much to say that I don't recommend it! The guns are super satisfying to shoot and upgrade, the enemy designs are cool ASF, and the story was pretty intriguing. Nothing beats getting strong as hell and deleting a WHOLE boss with 2 axe swings. I would have bought this game as full price, but if it goes on sale and you like Roguelike games, this is a no brainer! Just be warned, if you are an achievement hunter like me, you are more than likely not going to 100% this game in ANY enjoyable fashion. Keep up the good work Devs!!
