Deadly Trick

The greatest Social Deduction game since Town of Salem, and I do not say that lightly. Taking the hectic gameplay of Among Us with more refined abilities and a really well designed map with dynamic and unique mechanics like the Mastermind, and combining it with proper clue finding + trial discussions that will genuinely make you feel like you're in a Danganronpa investigation, this game strikes a magnificent balance that gets you addicted. As a bonus, the artstyle is super cute and the presentation during gameplay and trials is fun and keeps you engaged. This is the first Social Deduction game that really makes you feel like you're solving cases, in my opinion, and not just using other's hearsay (although you'll find yourself needing to utilize both alibis and clues sometimes!), all roles feel like they have a ticking clock that makes everyone lock in, whilst still allowing for those hilarious moments that these games are also known for, and great twists. It's cheap, it's got a high skill ceiling with the character abilities that add a whole other layer of skill, but its also easy to pick up, matches feel snappy and the creators are clearly giving it the support it craves. This is a no brainer positive recommendation from me. I really hope it catches on!!! I will be playing.
