About
Step into the world of divine horror in Dead by Daylight's first community-created Chapter: Chorus of Sin. Play as The Judgment, a divine Killer sent to cleanse the world in flame, and Aurora Stardotter, a resolute Survivor leading her people out of the ashes.
Dead by Daylight: Chorus of Sin
Violent destruction guided by divine purpose. Scientific reason tempered by unshakable faith. The vengeful meets the virtuous in Dead by Daylight: Chorus of Sin, an original Chapter featuring a new Killer, The Judgment, and a new Survivor, Aurora Stardotter.
The Judgment
A member of the Celestial Echelon, The Judgment metes out divine punishment throughout the cosmos. When the people of Terra Primus aspired to godhood, The Judgment answered their sins with fiery retribution, razing their cities to the ground with pillars of divine light. So began a decades-long apocalypse that turned their paradise into a wasteland.
POWER: DIVINE LIGHT
Channel a pillar of Divine Light that injures Survivors and applies Heresy.
KILLER EFFECT: HERESY
Survivors gain Heresy when hit by Divine Light or by taunting The Judgment. Heretics suffer from special Skill Checks when repairing Generators, regressing their progress when the Great Skill Check zone is missed.
KILLER SUB-REALM: EXILE
Instead of using a Hook, downed Heretics may instead be banished to Exile, where they must avoid dangerous Seeds of Punishment or risk speeding up their demise. While there are Heretics in Exile, The Judgment will become Zealous, empowering Divine Light.
If a Heretic has two Hook states when they are downed, The Judgment may choose to kill them instead of sending them to Exile.
KILLER OBJECT: SHRINES OF JUDGMENT
Shrines of Judgment will spawn throughout the Trial. Survivors may Repent at these Shrines to cleanse themselves of their Heresy or use them to Liberate any Heretics trapped in Exile.
The Judgment’s Perks
Hex: Under Your Thumb: The first time a Survivor gains a Hook state, ignite a Dull Totem that limits their Haste.
Lay Waste: Whenever you damage a Generator, it will regress faster the further it has been repaired.
Celestial Witness: Briefly reveal your Obsession's aura when they are at a distance.
Aurora Stardotter
A member of the Searchers, Aurora was meant to be executed with her brethren in Ultracapitalis. But when The Judgment unleashed its fury on Terra Primus, Aurora escaped into the chaos, using her gift of star-reading to lead others to safety. As the Judgment returned time and time again to cleanse the world further, Aurora met with it to plead the plight of her people, only to find herself cast into the depths of Exile instead. It was only by the grace of a group of survivors that she was liberated into a world of endless fog.
Aurora Stardotter's Perks
Fruits of Your Labor: Accumulate tokens for each completed Generator. Finishing a Generator's repairs briefly grants you Haste and increases your accumulated healing for each token you possess.
Salvation's Cry: While being chased by the Killer, both of your auras will be briefly revealed to fellow Survivors. Your teammates' auras will be visible to you in turn.
Boon: Steadfast: Create a Boon Totem that causes Generators in range to regress slower and be repaired faster.
Exclusive Chapter Cosmetics
The Chorus of Sin Chapter includes an exclusive cosmetic for both characters: The Judgment's Peridot Incarnation and Aurora's Fate's Chosen. These are only available as part of the DLC and cannot be purchased separately.

terrible designed killer
Incredible chapter. Fantastic visual design, fun perks, an incredibly unique Killer, and one of my favourite Survivors in years. I am so glad the community came together to create this absolute banger!
One of the main points of this DLC is that it was a "Community Created Chapter"

This piece of garbage was not created by the community
People got to vote on the power, but 5/6 votes have been ignored as the devs decided to go ahead and do their own thing, turning what the community wanted into more of a checklist of “technically true”
And in case you don't like the Killer visually, don't worry - the community has been lied to on it as well
With both the original vote and several concept arts afterwards depicting it with dethatched legs, no meaty eye gore, devs decided to suddenly change it into a female crab with wings halfway through, ultimately giving us something very overdesigned
Still, had the character been turned into something fun, going against the community could've been excused, but instead they’ve put out one of their worst characters ever
What they've delivered is so clunky and hard to pick up by the majority of the community, that you are much better picking literally any other character - at least to play them you don't need a PhD in geometry and lottery-winning luck unlike with The Judgment
GOD I LOVE OLDER WOMEN AND BIBLICALLY ACCURATE ANGELS
Best killer in the game, finally a killer that can counter even the best survivor perks and forces people playing to actually look at their screen instead of looking at Youtube/twitch chat on their second monitor.
Dead by Daylight: Chorus of Sin is the worst chapter in my opinion. The survivor is boring and the Judgement is a mess to play as. Being sent to the other realm serves no purpose. You get sent there and you are suppose to shine a light on faces for what? Absolutely nothing. You will get pulled out of the realm so fast and no matter how many faces you get you still get a hook state. It is a pointless mechanic. There is no payoff to play the little game when you are in there. Once you learn how to counter the Judgements beam it leaves the killer loses its most powerful weapon.
It pains me to give this a negative review seeing as I personally love Dead By Daylight. I'm a killer main. Own each one and play each one. I had high expectations for the Judgement.... Until the nerf. Also, to clarify. The rumor about the killer being nerfed to "help streamers read their chat while working on generators without getting hit unexpectedly" isn't true. It was a bad joke. The real reason for the nerf was to basically help newer players or players in general who have bad reaction times and such have a chance. Now with that being said. I'm still really unhappy with this killer. I don't agree with the nerf at all. The killer power is pretty difficulty, mind you I main nurse well. The power is already basically unusable if you're in close quarters with a survivor unless you master whipping it back and fourth within it's small window of moving during charge up. Survivors being able to see it coming from a distance basically renders the power USELESS and takes the fun away. You throw it towards a gen. They see it coming a mile away. The move for 2 seconds. They get right back on the gen. It's RIDICULOUS. Even the Artist isn't this bad. I'm willing to change my review if they give an update and fix this... But I doubt that'll happen. Currently it's an unfair advantage. All in all. I LOVE Dead By Daylight. But the disappointment I feel from this DLC pains me enough to actually write this and NOT currently recommend it to anyone. This isn't even a learning curb. It's overall bad and needs fixing. Glng all <3
I Don't normally leave reviews for DLC but This one is just really appealing, the aesthetic is cool, the design is cool The sound design is great, the music is great, voice acting is really good too Killer doesn't feel super unfair but also isn't just something anyone can pick up, its gon take time to get used to it which its nice to see Being put in exile as a survivor is just a cool unique thing instead of sat on a hook your still doing things Its just a well put together chapter
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this new killer SUCKS to play as. Survivors can just see the aura of the GIANT PILLAR MOVING THROUGH THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SKY. Worst chapter I've ever bought without a doubt
