dc online is good in the since of being your own meta human but fails in almost everything else such as the fact it is p2w most of the good powers are p2w and the game still getting updates never gets qof updates only more p2w content

If you're pining for a DC game that has multiplayer this is pretty much your only option, with that said it actually does a pretty good job at immersing you into the DC universe, the game is old and feels it, but has a certain nostalgic charm despite me never having played this until very recently. It's reasonably easy to get into and forgiving on learning your class, at least at casual play, some older content can be a pain to get a group for but the community has been very helpful, at least in my experience. Story is a bit hit and miss for older content but the newer episodes seem to be more fleshed out. Again if you're after something DC that isn't just Batman you've only really got this to lean on, but despite is archaic systems and dated graphics I'm having a blast playing through it's content and the gameplay loop is surprisingly fun.
