It's simply a game to pass the time, learn a little bit of the lore, but the best part is getting to know Strife. I loved his personality, his gameplay, his abilities it was quite interesting, he's basically a Deadpool Like Darksiders 3, it's a very tame game. It doesn't take any risks, it doesn't offer much, it's half-baked in everything, but it's a lot of fun to play. I don't recommend buying it at full price, but it's not a bad game

3.5 out of 5 stars. Fun game but kind of janky. I played it on a handheld. It runs on the Stutter Engine aka Unreal Engine so expect stutters and freezing even at 60 fps, it's a common complaint all over the internet. And some of the puzzles are odd, the developer put the solution to early puzzles later in the game, so you just have to remember to come back, or watch tube videos for walkthroughs. Other than that, it's a great game but I don't quite click with the story but this is my first Darksiders game. I liked the platforming mechanics despite other reviewers criticizing it. Overall a good game especially on a handheld which are good for the isometric action game.

Can't get the online Co-Op to work. We get disconnected either immediately or within five minutes. On top of that the game will drop me off of ledges while pressing nothing. I'm glad I paid very little for this game, but was really hoping to get through it with a friend.
