I came back for the new season because I wanted to enjoy the game again and practice fighting the new boss on Inferno Floor 3. However, the biggest problem isn't even the boss itself—it's how incredibly high the practice cost is. Every single attempt requires me to start over from the beginning. I have to enter a match, find the portal to Floor 2, then find another portal to Floor 3, make my way to the boss room, and finally get a chance to fight the boss. Since I'm still learning the mechanics, I often die in just two hits. Then I have to repeat the entire process all over again. It doesn't feel like I'm practicing the boss. It feels like I'm spending most of my time running through the dungeon just to earn a few seconds of actual practice. Because of this, I honestly believe that only a very small percentage of the player base regularly fights bosses. Outside of dedicated PvE players, I imagine most players simply don't bother. Not because they dislike challenging content, but because the learning process is far too time-consuming and punishing. I hope the developers will reconsider the current PvE experience. Personally, I would like to see the difficulty of PvE and bosses reduced so that more players can participate and enjoy this content. Boss fights should be challenging, but they should also be something that the majority of players can realistically learn and overcome through practice—not content that only a tiny fraction of highly skilled players ever get to experience. I'm not asking for bosses to become easy. I'm asking for a healthier learning experience. Right now, the combination of a long setup time and extremely punishing fights discourages players from even trying to improve. I believe making boss encounters more accessible would encourage far more players to engage with one of the game's most interesting pieces of content, which would ultimately benefit both the community and the game itself.
Fun premise. Terrible execution. Used to really enjoy the game and at times still do, BUT, those moments are few and far between. The idea of playing the game has become better than actually playing it. Strange game balancing decisions and poor map restrictions are just the tip of the iceberg. With such a small player, we're choosing to further restrictions on what maps you can play based off of what gear you have? You can say that there's more game modes and dear diversity with the last set of changes, and that's true. However with the player base as is, it just leads to more dead lobbies where running into people becomes a rarity. Not to mention the classes, where once everyone picked a class they resonated with, now it becomes flavor of the month meta which is disappointing. ALSO we're on Season 10 now, how long are we going to pretend this is early access and not just a buggy incomplete project that will never reach fruition?
dev bad
DaD is a game I have wanted my entire life and IronMace nailed it. Unique and thrilling PVP experience with the best theme (D&D). Casual but competitive. Devs constantly update and players never leave forever. Dungs will call you back eventually!
If I had a quarter for every person i get hit by thats on 900 ping bc they come to east cuz their server is dead id still be broke cuz the economy in the US is terrible and we need to start killing more political figures and billionaires. But Id still have hella quarters.
优化烂的一逼,不是挂就是组,圈子越小神人越神,瞎几把封号,打个和平模式网络波动能封我三天
love this game so much and the premise of it is the best of its kind but this TPM 2.0 update for high roller and arena is ridiculous I bought legendary status ages ago and just cant play the game anymore because my motherboard doesn't support TPM 2.0 my pc specs run the game perfectly yet I need to buy a new motherboard just to play the game I paid for. I'm sure a lot of people are dealing with this too and feel the same way. Devs need to do something about this :(
If you are looking for an actual DnD experience, this is not it. Might as well just play the regular DnD. Youll get hit by a spell from god knows where, get slowed and then one shotted. Overall a bad game, only good thing about the game is sword combat, thats it.
The Devs are terrible. Game is dead for a reason. Do not buy
Unplayable in solos, bunch of rats. doesn't even matter what class anyone plays. if you want to enjoy play with someone else. game is full of cheaters too
