Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I think this game is better than Armored Core in many ways. Character and mech customization, lots of build options, lots of combat options, open world (multiple big sandbox areas), full co-op campaign, boss rush mode, a dungeon like mode, pretty nice story with memorable villains... new game plus would have been nice. Looking forward to the next one.
Potworny stolec. Paszkwil wysranv z silnika Unreal i pozbawiony optymalizacji i jakości. To zdecydowanie coś dużo gorszego niż średniak. To słabiak i gónwo niespodzianka w ładnym pazłotku. Gra wydana i zapomniana. Z tego co da się wyczytać, to devsi już raczej już nic tu nie naprawią i wszystko zostanie takim dymiącym stolcem.

Tedious and boring. I pushed myself to see if I could finish the game despite its flaws, but nope… I genuinely don’t know where the fun is supposed to be and ... I haven’t found a single enjoyable moment.
I got this at 14 dollars. I can say it was worth 14 dollars. It's not anywhere near worth 70. The story is utterly forgettable, and the inciting incident is glossed over and rarely brought up. "They tried to steal my brain and put it in a robot" sounds like it'd excuse a lot of your behavior, but no, the word "traitor" get tossed around a lot. Missions are almost entirely "go to spot A and kill 5 of the same enemy that is normally wandering the map", sometimes with an escort to worry about. Since this means most missions have the same kind of gameplay as exploration, you'll find them bland. As much as it hurts to say, exploration is hurt by your ability to fly anywhere. All loot is randomized, and nearly nothing is uniquely available to any particular spot, so exploring will mostly get you the same rewards as just fighting the same mobs you already have found. There's very little reason to walk anywhere, or use the awkward vehicles. The open maps are reduced to flyover country between the mission sites or the giant boss mobs that you can actually see from the air without having to touch down and search them out. The game is a grindfest by nature. Drops are random. The quality of the drops are random. You can spend hours farming the same single piece of equipment because the ones being dropped are worse than the ones you have, despite being the same, and you're expected to do it hoping chance to drop one with better statistics exists. Buying gear is non-random, but also never gets good stat qualities. Boss armor has to be ground to drop each piece individually, because there's only one reward per boss. Boss weapons have to be ground because they're craft recipes, but the recipes always use components the boss drops, and the recipes also have random stat qualities. So you can expect to fight some bosses three times per item if you want to get one thing from them, and hope the blueprint had wasn't stuck with Ds and Es for it's stat adjustments. The Dragonslayer armor is the worst, requiring something like 14-15 repeat fights to get the armor parts. The combat is serviceable. Most non-melee weapons feel like you're angrily throwing grass clippings, both for damage and range. This eventually improves to feeling like you're throwing sticks. Melee feels better and does more damage by far. The camera and lock-on system are your worst enemies, as the camera is lethargic and the lock-on will randomly break if the camera decides to turn too slowly. Lock on also likes to not lock onto the thing in the middle of your screen, but instead the much farther away target. Large bosses with multiple weakpoints will find you spending precious seconds trying to force the lock to stop targetting the back or underside with blocked lines of sight as you desperately try to make it look at the weakpoint directly in front of you at melee range. The game tries to make damage types sound important; they mostly aren't. And enemies largely lack aggression or attacks that aren't straightforward, so spamming attack and sometimes dodging will beat most of the game for you. The secret boss location is actively infuriating. You fly to the top of a tower, the tower has almost no obstacles beyond being very, very, very tall. It's Desert Bus in a mech, and yes it takes 6-8 hours of doing nothing but flying up. It goes beyond a cute joke and well into wasting everyone's time. If you get this on deep discount, it's a half-decent way to get a mech fix. It's not great but flying around like a fighter jet in an Iron Man suit feels good, even if it hurt the game's design. But even at half the normal price I would be leery.
I don't do many reviews but in this case I believe this game deserves it because of how others are dragging it through the coals so to speak for various reasons I don't agree with. This game imo is one of the best modern AAA mecha games to release in years and is better then the original in every way. I even put this above AC6 because while it was a fun game it did not even come close to the mecha experience I wanted and far too many of the AC systems of the past were dumbed down to appeal to the bigger souls-like base. ++++++++Positives++++++++ + The first huge thing was even for a UE5 game this game performs VERY well to the point you can get very good frame rates without DLSS/FSR or framegen. + Visual Customization is probably the best in the genre, as it gives so many options to color, paint, and transmog your mecha suit however you want it. heck you can even hide the mecha parts and play as your created character. + Mecha build customization is also top teir, as there are so many unique and different weapon/gear types, there are pages are stats that effect your mecha's performance, there are weapons skills to attach to weapons, there are attachments to gear pieces to boost specific stats,..etc (build crafting is one of the funnest things in this game). + Combat is much upgraded from the first game, as ranged weapons now feel much more impactful, and melee weapons are much more in-depth. + Animations/movement is excellent and there is not another game that does mecha/exo suit gameplay better imo. + Gear/loot is interesting as it is randomized to a certain extent, like a Diablo game, but all enemies have drop tables available in game so you can easily target farm the weapons/parts you want to make your builds. There are also so many interesting weapon types that it can get a bit overwhelming sometimes but there is a play-style for everyone in this game. + Bosses are a mix of Monster hunter where they have multiple break-able parts and normal humanoid bosses that have the player zipping around the area to fight them. most bosses are very fun to fight though early on when you have low level gear some bosses can be frustrating due to their huge hit boxes. Overall I loved the bosses in general. Also all bosses can be farmed after killing them the first time. + Music, sound effects,..etc are top notch but that is expected given the music in the first game was very good as well. + Overall content can lead to hundreds of hours because there is a lot to do and explore, there is a lot of gear to grind for and find, there are procedural dungeon to complete, the open world is fun to fly around in and explore, there are all kinds of secrets that either lead to unique weapons or to the secret boss fight. + Full customization of UI color, size, position, ...etc (more games need to have this level of UI customization). +-+-+-+-Mixed-+-+-+-+ +-+ Enemy variety is pretty good but the game loves to recycle enemy variants, mostly giving them more health and aggression, and not really giving them new moves to things to keep players on their toes. The same with some bosses being recycled and the highest tier versions feel not much different to fight then the base version outside of more health and maybe more aggression. +-+ Story starts of pretty interesting and while much of it feels very generic anime there are some interesting characters, main missions, and side missions, but the pay off for everything felt very rushed and anti-climactic. Also I would have liked a post game or NG+ with harder enemies maybe higher teired loot being dropped but all you can do atm is keep exploring the world, farm bosses, and run the procedural dungeons. +-+ The randomized dungeons returned from the first game but like the first game they are not random enough and you will find yourself running into the same configuration of enemies over and over. I have 136hrs in the game at the time of this review and I have yet to actually find a yellow rarity Axiom card (how you access the dungeon). +-+ I bought the deluxe edition when the game released so I got access to the recently released expansion. Well that is also a mixed bag as the added bosses are very fun, the actual content given in much less then I expected and there was so much miss opportunity to flesh out the endgame and things like that. +-+ While I got my money out of my purchase I could see this game doing A LOT better if it was 60 bucks or even 50 bucks, and the nickle and diming of cosmetics in the steam store is not doing it any favors either. ----------------------------------------------- Overall there is not much that I outright disliked and have and still am enjoying my time with this game. Its easily one of the best modern Mecha Action RPG experiences I have played and even with its flaws I would reccomend looter fans, mecha fans, and people who just like open world games where you ca fly around end explore the world. There is just no games out there like this which is why seeing the mixed rating saddens me as I would love to see a 3rd game with even more fleshed out systems/mechanics, even more customization, even more build depth,..etc. I would 100% reccomend this game and if you must wait for a price drop/sale I would snatch it up if you have any interest in the game.
