Игра залипательная, рогалик с чем только не делали, но вот пинбол обошли стороной, хотя он напрашивался. Но пока ощущается что мало механик, надеюсь и дальше будут ее расширять.
I have barely any agency in the play of the ball, the table is biased towards the sidelanes, and the side bumpers are playing the game instead of you. The items barely have any meaning, they don't modify the game, it's just a bunch of flavours for damage multiplier. The flow is missing, it gets stale very quickly, doesn't feel fun. I asked for a refund, but I don't say you should HARD PASS, others might feel comfortable playing it, I just didn't.

No me gustó, suerte al que le guste. A mí, se me hizo aburrido.
I can't recommend this game highly enough if you're into roguelikes, pinball, great art and animation, and most importantly (to me at least) no microtransactions. It's easy to play but has unique challenges that make it almost impossible to master. I'm gonna be dumping a LOT of time into this one. Random note: although it's generally a simple game animation wise, it can get really taxing depending on the graphics options you choose and...how far you've gotten on your run. The other night I pretty much slowed my rig to a crawl on transitions between phases.
Fun pin game! The actual pinball action and fields provided are both pretty simple, but the roguelike layer on top of it provides some diversity to the gameplay. The first hour or two are super approachable, even if you're not a Pinhead, but each of the fields rewards practice hitting the specific shots required to advance the "rituals" required to activate the bonuses (like multi-ball, scorch ball, etc). Some shots are harder than others (not unlike real pinball!) but in the first 3 fields that I've played, they are all eventually easy enough to time out. There are a few UI issues (especially on longer runs on Steam Deck), but nothing game-breaking, and all in menus; game plays great on SD generally, with a few exceptions (like managing your glyphs; controller/steam deck interface for navigating to and selling previously acquired glyphs seems currently kinda busted, but you can get by with touchscreen on SD at least). Overall would recommend. It's not the most complex pinball game, and some of the progression elements feel like they could use a bit more depth, but it's definitely worth the price of admission.
So; As a small review: This scratches the pinball itch. Space invaders on Crack. Binding of Issac with balls to paddle. Balatro's Underage Cousin with ADHD. Mechanics: -Besides the traditional flippers getting inverted and the table tilt getting messed with, They Completely Unlock Nudge. This means Tilt isn't a thing. -You're almost Overtly Encouraged to Nudge, with the ability to control its direction Or letting the table move the ball(s) to the top-middle, but you can't Nudge down. -The Balls are a Core Feature of your runs and what defines how you're going to progress. 8 Different Balls, 4 Different Maps, and 6 Total Difficulties that unlock when you've proven yourself. -Glyphs and Shopping require an understanding of Math comparable to Balatro, with Each Ball, Map, & Difficulty Combo with its Own Leaderboard. -The game understands the pain of Human Error when dealing with mob control, and gives you APMLE ability to keep more than a Dozen balls in play while requiring Full Attention. -There's actually a Boss on Each Stage.... a Boss... in Pinball. Yes you need to aim and plan to defeat it Each Act, with killing it fast enough netting extra rewards. Aesthetic: -The Mechanics DIRECTLY relate to the Aesthetic, with unchanging missions across each table, allowing your dive into the occult math will parallel the decent into madness that learning forbidden knowledge of the otherworldly brings. -The bosses you fight will stay the same on each stage, yet their capabilities will improve, and Each require different aspects of Pinball Itself to defeat. -When you break the game, you Completely break the game, yet the effects given to something that's by All Math something from above our dimension can emulate becoming a conduit for the Old Ones. -Menus are Simplistic, The only draw is the Game, and the Art blends well with Unmitigated Chaos while not breaking immersion. Downsides: -trying to 100% this will break a human. -The high end is a Math Game. -Can Nuke a PC.
Fun for pinball enjoyers; the ball physics look and feel good
Fun game but I am not good at pinball so most of my runs are based on pure luck. Trying to do some of the missions can be very frustrating especially getting the top lights, the lights seem to love switching to lit up when the ball is close so it turns the light off. The boss can be very aggravating in some of the acts especially the one where you can only hit his from the sides and I can never hit him in the sides for the life of me so I cant ever get past that part unless I get lucky with a spell. It also feels like if you don't get the bonus area for the act you wont be able to scale enough for the next act to do any meaningful damage to the boss and you are just out of luck if you miss a bonus area.
