Excellent tribute to the classic Tatsujin/Truxton games. It's even better than those classics, and now has enough modes and global leaderboards to make this an easy recommend!
Very good 80's arcade style shmup. Highly recommended.
I'm no expert but I've played enough shmups to know when one 'feels' right and this feels amazing! Healthily on the right side of "okay, that was my fault" deaths to keep it fun. Well recommended.

I'm writing a review because shmups have so few in general on steam... Excellent game! This is most definitely an homage to Truxton/Tatsujin. If you're a fan of that game stop reading and just buy this now, especially at its low price. This game is challenging, but rewarding. The timed mode is also a welcome addition that I thoroughly enjoy.
Simple mechanics and fun. Supports high framerates, ran and felt great
Fantastic shmup that pays homage to the golden era of shooters. The controls are tight and responsive, the gameplay is satisfying, and the level designs are creative and unique. As a newcomer to the genre, I've spent over six hours with this game and have only made it to stage 3 on one credit. Considering there are 7 stages total, I'll be enjoying this game for a long time before I finally hit my goal of completing the game on one credit (1cc). Definitely recommended for any fan of the genre, and the $7 price tag is definitely worth it. Pieslice Productions, keep up the good work!
excellent old-style shoot-em-up
Crisis wing is a very solid shmup, the controls are tight and the difficulty is fair, you have to work chapter by chapter to memorize the paths and waves. It is hard but does not feel insanely hard if you give it some time. 8/10
An awesome game. It's basically Truxton with instant respawning instead of checkpoints, shorter and less difficult (on normal at least). Very very good game. Sound/music/art is superb. I love the scrolling backgrounds.
