OVERVIEW: When I first saw this game by Pieslice Productions it reminded me of the time spent on the Arcades with Truxton and its few peers at the time. I must add that the boss mechanics seemed pretty cool too so I found the price asked really humble and didn't hesitate to purchase. Pros - Gameplay: Spaceship is wonderful to fly. You get 3 shot types, with the game manual clarifying each weapon power spikes during upgrades - Soundtrack: In this game each boss has special sound effects for different shots, so I tend to solely focus on them mostly - Graphics: 90's Arcade style. Simple but appealing - Bosses: Hard but fair if you put the effort. You have Boss rush mode to juggle with, but actually in a harder style than the standard campaign. - Replayability: Going for a 1cc is a good challenge - Difficulty: You travel from old shmup school to bullet hell University and it is a joy - Co-op: A strong reason to buy the game - Bullet style: very polished - Level select: available on practice mode Cons - You can't really complain in good faith when you know few people assembled such a wonderful title SUMMARY: It is worth the price usually asked by far...and on sale it is a TOTAL STEAL! 8/10 gaming scale Disclosure: After clearing the main campaign and, as I comeback for new sessions or new updates arise by developers, I intend to keep revising this review

This is what I get for trying these new indie games. The hitbox and collision for the bullets is so awful, the pulsing effects just ruin any definition of gaps to travel through. The game is devoid of any point blanking but the mini bosses hog the screen and point blank you with undefinable bullet gaps. For a re-imagining of classic style it misses the mark as goes for your typical indie retro throwback. Probably the worst thing is the devs purposely made your firerate slow to add to the damage sponging bosses which again have no risk reward because the game is devoid of point blanking. Blue weapon has nice damage but doesn't offer enough screen coverage and would be a good point blank option but again that forced slow firerate ruins the fundamentals. Stick with the classics from toaplan or the raiden series they get it right because they are the origins. Seems like another indie-let down that is more worried about presentation than gameplay. On a side note the game runs great, amazing sound track, beautiful art style and awesome options for learning the game but this game is a failure and lacks proper fundamentals of the classics because it is lacks depth.
A well made oldschool shmup, heavily inspired by the Truxton / Tatsujin games. Definitely deserves a look. (8/10)
A fun arcade like shooter where pattern memorization is a plus. It's challenging as there's no breaks between levels. It's like Truxton an old but great obscure arcade game from the past. I snagged it for a half off sale and have no regrets other than at my advanced age not having the skills I used to in playing such games, but it's still fun.
good shmup honestly not too difficult, takes after the classic toaplan titles, like truxton and such, moderately more bullet-heavy but definitely not a bullet hell worth the price
Great game! Very fun to play!
Good solid retro shooter with jets :)
Simply fantastic!
Nunca cansa... Aún no llego a matar al jefe final... Muy recomendable 👌
A ideia é simples. Nota 7/10.
