Once you get tangled with the mob, you will forever be a part of the mob. At least they pay a decent salary and all you have to do is clean up after their dirty work, but you know what you’re doing. So clean crime scenes, earn as much money as you can, and get ready for the next mission.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Aug 20 → 20/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
When insurance companies dodge the responsibility, it’s up to you to save your daughter’s life. This will require some dirty work and shady clientele, but you have no other choice, right? When the big boss calls once again, bring a bucket and a mop cause you will really need them. Are you up for the challenge?
Every mess tells a different story, and every job demands a different approach. Switch between tools, combine their strengths, and plan your moves carefully to clean faster and smarter.
Look beyond the stains and scattered debris. Search every corner for evidence, collect what’s valuable, and dispose of what shouldn’t be found. Piece together fragments of the story hidden in blood trails, broken objects, and forgotten clues. And if some expensive watch goes missing, no one should care, right? The owner’s already dead.
No two crime scenes are the same. Each location holds fragments of a different story. From quiet, unsettling interiors to large, complex spaces, every mission offers new circumstances, new challenges, and a narrative for you to piece together as you clean through the mess.
Sometimes, the equipment you have is not enough and needs an extra oomph. If your lamps or flashlights are not strong enough, get new ones! If there is too much blood outside, get a powerwash upgrade! So, before every mission, check the perks available and boost your cleaning arsenal. If you can make your job easier... why not take that opportunity?
With all the gruesome things you will see and do on every job, you must not forget that you are doing this for her. The life of a single father has its challenges, and you need to overcome them all.
Some locations have a darker reflection waiting to be uncovered. Kovalsky’s nightmares transform known crime scenes into a twisted, unsettling version of itself. If you think you’ve mastered the job, it’s time to prove it where the nightmare begins.
No hints. No hand-holding. Just you and the mess. In this unforgiving mode, every stain must be found on your own, every detail carefully inspected without guidance.
Unlock unique skins for your sponge, mop, ozonator, power washer, and more as you explore the crime scenes and complete challenges. Customize your loadout, swap styles whenever you like, and bring a personal touch to every cleanup.
Added two brand-new side maps as a token of our gratitude to the players who make the game special. Alter Ego is inspired by a player’s winning idea from our community contest, and Development Hell lets you explore the bizarre curiosities of game development.

THIS GAME DOES NOT USE AI!!!! so don't review bomb it for that reason, and its a great game so buy it to support the hard work of talented organic beings.
Is it dark? Yes. Is it also a well made game? Yes. 91 hours into the game to get 80th achievement. Most games now charge you a ton for DLC, the game is expensive and you can 100% in under 5 hours. This dev simply gets it. This is the best game investment I have made on steam. I would recommend this game over and over.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I wish there was a way to review this game saying that its fun and i loved playing it but i still wouldnt recommend it to my friends anymore. Ive LOVED playing this game, up to a certain questline later in the game. The writing in the later Story that deals with sex trafficking of minors and/or teens is honestly atrocious. I am so disappointed by how that topic was handled/the main character spoke about it. I want to write this review so that anyone else who's ears ring hearing that topic can get a heads up if they need it and decide if this game is still for them/they want to play until then (It starts with a quest called Amber Alert, for reference) Light thematic Spoilers: The writing in this questline is so bad. I am fine with goofy writing as usual, but if you discuss themes as heavy as sex trafficking that DIRECTLY MIMIC things that are currently happening irl, when real victims of these things exist, you REALLY need to be capable of writing about it in a decent way. 1: The main character refers to the victims sorrowfully as "they are someones daughters...". To those that may not understand why this is a problem, it essentially reduces women to objects in the sense that it reduces them to who they are in relation to you- not as individuals. it stems from not seeing them as individuals but needing to relate them to yourself/a man to make you care about them. you shouldnt need to equate someone to who they are to a man to care. I know the main character is a father (which makes later stuff in this story worse) but it doesnt change the fact that the writing is such a typical way of speaking about victims that hurts victims and dehumanizes them. For example, instead of seeing a victim and writing that, it could say "they were so young" or "these poor girls" which focuses on them and not on who they are to YOU/men. he could also say "oh god theyre my daughters age" which would be more tactful way of him thinking about his own kid that doesnt *reduce* them to who they are in relation to someone else. If youre reading this and you think this doesnt matter, im sorry , it does, it really does. When we speak about people who have been property to others, specifically men, how we speak about them is important. 2: When the victim goes on to hunt down further men that harmed her and her friends (and i want to be clear, harmed means killed, abused, sold. its quite descriptive in game) the main character remarks that "this is going too far"/getting out of hand. At that point, i really was stunned. I was really hoping the main character, for the fact he has a daughter their age at least, would be a bit more...excited to help these girls clean up these rich mens remains? Once again, all the story here is REALLY mirroring things that have happened in real life and are currently a really big topic. To hear this man say that girl is going too far by hunting these men down just straight up made me close the game I dont think i will play again. Devs, if you are reading this, i really hope you improve how you talk about topics like this/writing about this. It matters, a lot.
what a dark, cozy, relaxing game ~ who knew cleaning bloodstains and collecting bodies after the mafia would be so entertaining and stress-free.
I was surprised by how much I ended up enjoying this one. The cleanup itself is oddly satisfying, and there's something relaxing about slowly restoring each crime scene while uncovering bits of the story along the way. As you take on more jobs, you learn more about the main character and why they're doing this work, which gives the game more depth than you'd expect from a simulator. The soundtrack also deserves a mention—it fits the atmosphere really well and makes even the quieter moments enjoyable instead of feeling empty. It helps create a nice rhythm while you're cleaning, making it easy to get lost in the gameplay. It doesn't try to be overly complicated, but the combination of the satisfying mechanics, music, and surprisingly engaging story makes it a game that's easy to keep coming back to.
