better gameplay.

I got this for fairly cheap on sale. In its current state though, I can't recommend it. Mainly because the farming, barebones as it is, is the most tedious farming I have ever encountered. The watering can holds enough water to water five or six crops (can't remember the exact number off the top of my head) before needing a refill, and can only water one spot at a time. So it's VERY tedious, and farming is pretty important for amassing fabric and dyes. Besides that, the game is also just a bit too barebones in general at the moment. There are NPCs at the town but they don't really seem to contribute anything besides shopkeepers. I don't think I saw any of them in my shop as customers. It would have been cooler to see an overlap between customers and the town. The town honestly feels kind of pointless. The gameplay loop does have potential though. You actually make a LOT of money off the clothes, I was able to rake in over 1k on the first day. And it's interesting to try to fill as many of the requests with limited items. The raw materials are the main issue. In the short time I played, I barely ever "dressed up" anyone to wear coordinated outfits because the materials got used up quickly. I'd try to make a few items in advance of opening the store, and then make extra items as needed to meet requests. Sometimes I basically had someone in just a top and underwear because they came in wearing a dress originally, and I didn't want to waste spare bottoms when they could potentially fit someone ELSE'S request. That's where it circles back to the farming complaint. Making and dying fabric requires crops, which can be found foraging, bought at the store, or by farming. I tended to try to bulk-buy crops and fabric from the stores because it was the most convenient option, but it takes up a lot of cash. The stock also rotates. If some of the details and mechanics could be streamlined, this game has some potential. (Seriously. Just let us upgrade the can at least, or add sprinklers or something. Let us water more than one square at a time, and not need to refill the can every 30 seconds.) But as it stands, I sadly can't recommend it.

It's like playing a game with paper dolls. I wish it had more going on for it. It's just a brain off cute game. I got it on sale and I'm enjoying it. If you want a cute game to play on your down time.

⋆˙⟡ ⋆.˚ ⊹₊⟡ ⋆ Worth sale price (about $1) ⋆˙⟡ ⋆.˚ ⊹₊⟡ ⋆ This game reminds me of old school social games where you can dress up your character & can do a few simple tasks to fill your time (minus the social aspect). It is very slow paced (animations take a long time) and the controls are a little clunky (I often have to press 2 or 3 times for a button press to register). It's very cute and extremely casual. I like that I can make clothes & sell them in my little shop. I don't expect I will spend a huge amount of time playing this game, but it's good for short play sessions & cute screenshots. ♡

I can't recomend this one. - The view is zoomed in on a map with very few landmarks which make it easy to get lost which makes gathering unfun. - The dressed up portion is very cute. - The crafting portion makes it difficult to tell what you have and what you need. - Each farming action takes over a second and the water can needs to be refilled 4-5 times to water your small fields. With a bit more time to cook this could be a really sweet easy to pick up game.
