Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The pixel art may look dated, but most of the horror comes from what you can't see anyway. The sound design does a lot of the heavy lifting, and after a while you start getting nervous over basically nothing. "No way I'm dying here, right?" I died there.
Ain't no party like a Corpse party
UPD: even if this review is negative, franchise still looks great, just don't play this version of the game after completing fully first 3 chapters, I realized that this version of the game is half-baked PSP release. It has much less cut-scenes from there, sound effects, images, it has much worse sprite quality, and PSP version was released 6 YEARS BEFORE THAT. I would definitely buy the game if it was more expensive, if that would mean re-using those sprites, cut-scenes and images. Really disappointing. In addition to that, game has terrible movement, like you skating on ice, and it doesn't have simplest gamepad support, 6 years difference is insane.

Honestly, this brings me back to when I was watching youtubers playing this. For me to be able to experience this on my own is even better. Absolutely love this game.
when I first played this game I didn't know there was an uncensored version and thought 'wow, this game really is show and not tell'. depending on how you look at it, some of the best horror abides by this principle. there are some genuinely scary moments in this game even without the gore. Australian rating systems and censorship are very bizarre, I feel as though the text description and especially the voice acting is pretty horrific even without the imagery. also, I'm pretty sure the PSP version included the imagery at the time of the release. there's not much replayability because the subject matter is uncomfortable. the game encroaches on guro or snuff and i wouldnt really recommend it unless you are interested in classic rpg maker staples, and even then you should play the 2021 version which is uncensored.
There's nothing crazy about this game. Looks are okay and story is okay. Pretty similiar to the anime. Bunch of endings and really good music. Regular price is steep taking in consideration the quality of the game. Maybe wait for a sale.
Anime adaptation is quite great
A horror RPG classic that pretty much everyone has heard about at some point. It had a huge impact on YouTube back then and on the whole RPG horror genre in general. The game is pretty disturbing and also really gore heavy. Overall I found it more mediocre than amazing. The story itself is interesting, but you quickly notice how many anime tropes are in it and some of them are honestly just annoying and take away from the atmosphere a bit. I still had fun with it though, especially because of all the different endings that make you rethink your decisions more carefully. The gameplay is unfortunately pretty repetitive. Some of the characters are really interesting though and the music fits the disturbing atmosphere very well. I can honestly recommend at least trying it out, for some people it will really click and for others probably not that much.
É tipo Mario Party, só que sem o Mario, sem festa e todo mundo está morto.
