Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Citizens: Far Lands
is a rather original variation of builder. Here you need to not only build what you want, but also make sure that the limited amount of resources is enough for it. At the same time, two correct, randomly generated things have been done for replayability - survival mode and a calm sandbox. Let's look at the pros and cons of the game. PROS: + Nice graphics. + Good music and sound. + Excellent city planning system. More than 50 types of buildings. + Excellent resource management system. More than 30 types of resources. + There are different game modes: a difficult campaign, varied survival and a safe sandbox. THINGS THAT CAN BE BOTH A PLUS AND A MINUS: +- Personally, I found the difficulty of the campaign too high. For example, it was necessary to build a pigsty and six pens for piglets. As a result, two units of stone were not enough to win the level and there was absolutely nowhere to take them from. On the one hand, I needed to calculate better, on the other hand, it was difficult. Some will like it, some won't. MINUSES: - When taking screenshots in Steam, when you press F12, a technical window appears somehow related to Twitch. It can ruin a beautiful screenshot.
BOOOORIIIIIING! Also, I really don't like the fiddly building placement system. It would be way better with a grid or hex system.
At first, the game felt really cool and different. It's got two main features: it's kind of turn-based (resources are used and generated at the end of a turn), but your turn only happens when you build something. Most of the time you're not just skipping turns, you're building what you need most. And the other cool thing is that to build something new, you have to destroy a resource deposit. This adds an interesting choice. But after a few hours, I realized I was spending most of my time not strategizing, but just painstakingly placing buildings. You can build anywhere that isn't blocked, but you mostly can't see what's blocking things! And even when you can, you need pixel-perfect accuracy to place buildings close together. Add to that the wonky angles of the edges of the buildable area (maybe 10 degrees apart?), and you get total chaos or really ugly slappy layout. This tedious part completely killed my enthusiasm. I hope the developer makes their next game with better building mechanics. And also, don't waste time on pointless combat.
i was almost late to work cuz i wanted to finish that specific level
Misunderstood masterpiece.
a fun puzzle builder. It's like a simpler version of ISLANDERS, but less polished. One major disadvantage of this game is that production buildings don't have a range, so you can build a farm on one side of the island and the bakery on the other, without penalty or bonus. It makes the town feel less connected, gameplay less deep. On the other hand, maybe it's nice to not worry about logistics. The game is pretty hard for what looks like a casual game. There's not much difference between Easy, Hard, and Impossible difficulties, only the starting resources. Combat is the weakest part of the game. You can only control one unit at a time, and you do so with only the left mouse button. As you can imagine, it often happens you click one unit to move somewhere, but accidently click to select another unit. As such, tactics are nearly impossible to execute. And strategy is almost always the same. The Fate of Gods aspect is interesting. It's an event that gives you 4 choices for random bonuses. But you should always pick the one with an invasion, because they disabled the invasions, so you get the full bounty at no cost. The game shows some lack of polish. It doesn't remember if a resources was going up or down after you load a game. There's a typing error in the achievements. The endless mode has no fish and deer, so it looks a little lifeless (not to mention those are good starting resources). Despite the negatives, the game was fun to play, Looking at your resources to think what's the best next move, Finding that one pixel that maximizes production. I'm looking forward to getting the sequel, Citizens: On Mars, which has even worse reviews lol
