This is a fun entry in the tower defense genre. This seems to have been made with Plants Vs Zombies as the inspiration but this game makes its own space and feels unique. The main similarity is that the enemies that attack your base are unique per stage and often have a counter-pick that you can choose to use that makes it a lot easier/harder to defend. (e.g. an enemy that crawls on the ceiling to move across the stage, meaning it can jump over floor traps but is weak to ceiling traps.) Biggest flaw with this is that unlike PvZ, they do NOT show you which enemies are coming beforehand. There is no real opportunity to plan your build against each level. You pick your towers and then start the level, sight unseen. There is a fair amount of progression in the game which gives you plenty to do and feel like things slowly change/improve. The biggest issue I have is the difficulty has a habit of rubberbanding and it sometimes feels like it is designed to frustrate you. It will intentionally spawn enemies that counter your build that you are using and you can do nothing but watch everything crumble. Still... there is a lot of fun to be had if you are willing to overlook a few flaws. Extra points are given because the devs have been actively updating this game and interacting with their community. That is well far beyond what was expected when this game came back to life. They have added more weapons for you to use in the last few updates and it doesn't seem like they plan to stop soon. 8.5/10. There are minor bugs and balancing issues that hamper the fun, but overall this is well worth the time for tower defense fans.

This game is absolutely peak, played it when I was a kid and discovered yesterday that this game is actually on Steam. Like the title says this game is a classic, it´s a lot of fun trying out different traps and strategies to keep them knights off of your princess. Compared to when I played like 6 years ago this game got a bunch of new updates like traps, a rogue mode and even decorations which work as passive upgrades which is really cool to see. So overall a really fun tower defense that I´d glady spend my money on just for the pure joy it brought be during my childhood...

O jogo é nostálgico e bom, mas, com o passar das fases, vai ficando bastante entediante, e a mecânica entre cada fase é quase sempre a mesma. Tentei alcançar os 100%, porém é muito cansativo.

Después de casi 36 horas y completar casi todos sus logros en 16 días, recomiendo totalmente el juego si eres fanático de los juegos de defensa de torres. Tiene muchas trampas divertidas para hacer combinaciones dentro de las 4 posiciones en las que puedes colocarlas y enemigos muy variados que te van a hacer sudar en algún nivel. Hablando de niveles, tiene alrededor de unos 90 y un modo roguelike con trampas y objetos aleatorios que hacen más larga y divertida la experiencia. Por su precio y las horas que puedes sacarle, está excelente.
