Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.71/day in the week to Sep 5 → 26.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

ABSOLUTE CINEMA. So, I love this game. Castle Crashers has been something that even though I've only been playing for 31 hours, has become one of my favorite games. And, even though I don't really get the chance to play it with anyone, I still love playing it alone. So, what makes Castle Crashers so good? It has a character unlocking system that I think works perfectly, it makes you have to play every character in order to play new ones. And even though not much changes between characters, the starting weapon and magic lets you have different "mini builds" for each character. I personally have a high defense build on the grey knight, and a high agility and magic on the pink knight. And both of them, even though they have the same base attacks and potential, they both play completely differently. The weapon system is... well it could be better. I like that they have bonuses and flaws, and some have special stuff like crits. But, I think the lack of unique weapons is a major flaw. Imagine if some weapons like the ones you get from bosses actually did more than just add to your stats. Imagine if the necromancer's sword summoned a skeleton every few attacks, or the evil wizard's let you do a combo that did that spinning attack he does in the fight. This would not only add so much more to the game, but also it would make insane mode more than just a harder base game. But of course, its not that kind of game. This was made in the newgrounds era of the internet. Games weren't rich on lore, they were made to be silly little things to waste your time on. And this is truly a testament to that time. Before companies were focused on graphics and making games that cost $70. For $15 , this has been a blast. Something I can pick up and put down any time. Something that no matter how many times I play the same levels, it never gets old. Something that I can always look to when I'm bored. Thank you Castle Crashers.
