Great game with a lot of charm. I really like the art style and the music absolutely slaps. Lots of cool monsters with impressive attacks, and a satisfying spirit gun ability for clutch situations. Definitely worth the asking price!

"Cartridge Monsters" is a weird Pokemon ripoff (How's that Palworld court case going? Nintendo do love their lawyers) that's more of a VR tech demo than a full game. Despite not being in Early Access this is obviously incomplete and the developer isn't working on it. But, don't worry, they're grateful for all the money they got off gamers, and they're keeping it all, no refunds, suckers. What do you do in the game? It's kind of a first person Palworld ripoff but you get to wave your arms around in VR and you can give voice commands without having to go buy Voice Attack I guess... gimmicks that might have helped if this was a fully developed game, but it isn't. I'm not sure if this is an asset flip, but it's one of those cases where the assets just look much better than the rest of the quality of the game... a glaring inconsistency. There's no evidence, but as always, the biggest problem with asset flips besides the plagiarism is the deplorably low quality of the other aspects of the game, and even if the game assets are genuinely created for the game, the quality of the rest of the game is indistinguishable from that of asset flips. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $5 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at [b]only 6 concurrent players[/b]... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.

I tried to play the game but when I got on the menu my hands were just on the floor and I am unsure how to fix this even resetting the guardian and view it still did not work I would appreciate some help thank you.

Fun if you like pokemon but better

Pretty dull.

The voice recognition was great the last time I played this. Instead of just saying "Earth Nova", you could say "Earth Nova that b^#&*!" and it would still work. Tip I wish I knew: You have to actually aim and hit stuff when shooting magic bullets. Shooting in the general direction of something won't work if the bullet doesn't actually hit it.
